The only lady that works there is very rude. She makes fun of you if your card doesn’t get accepted right away even though it’s just their broken card reader.
They will also happily take your money for scratchers, but get mad if you cash out and don’t buy anything.

This store might be all run by the same family and friends. The younger cashiers do not give you correct change and if you want to cash a scratcher? Forget it, they just scan and don't give you any proof back. The prize amount was wrong too, they insisted i only won 5$. As for the 5 star reviews here, look at them and they are all related likely made by the associates of the store. Not to mention all the pan handlers that sit outside and wait or the fact the pumps don't always have the security stickers. Currently their gas prices sign is glitchy and will change or not show consistently.

This has to be the worst 7-ELEVEN I've ever been to please pay attention when they ring you up they will purposely avoid giving you any discounts that are automatically applied by no pressing the one button that confirms your rewards.
The day crew almost always locks the bathroom. Assuming because there to dam lazy to clean it.
They will purposely not give the correct change nor will they apply the correct change to the fuel pump when paying with cash and coins.
The night crew has refused to give my my cigarettes after paying for them because they assumed I was with someone who was trying to steal only. Because I walked in at the same time as them.
And I have seen they sever time chase after someone stealing??? I dont know. And rase their hands as they will strike the person I mean come on is their life really worth a candy bar. Because one day they will end up chasing after the wrong person. Hope that never happens. All the while they went out side the so dumb they left the store with customers In side who know what they will take while unattended.
And are very racist doest take a genius to understand there saying thing in there language about people there interacting with.
I can keep going.
All I can say is avoid this store when ever possible.

Went on 7-11, and they did have cups, but they still fulfilled their offer with other another cup of the same size. Great service ? !!!

The employees are friendly, they always try to keep the place clean, they have coffee of many varieties and flavors, their serving machines are modern, they also have a gas station.

I was charged for an XL reusable slurpee cup when I just got a large that was supposed to be $1. I let the cashier know and he told me that I had the “super big cup” so I just dropped it and paid what was rung in. 5 minutes later I got in my car and checked the app and I did indeed get just the large size that was supposed to be $1. Clearly scamming people thinking they won’t notice.

They've updated a way to checkout instead of being ripped off. The machine will charge you accurately & will give you the correct deals. Only downside there's only one available.

Needs improvement.This location always has incorrect prices, as well as promotions posted which have long expired. Once the incorrect price has been pointed out, employees will not honor the posted price.These discrepancies span all categories of products.This location also doesn't seem to offer the same amount/same exact deals as others in the area in addition to having higher prices in general.

Hire new people! You can't even communicate with the workers because most of them don't speak English! I have 7 eleven rewards app and they never give me the discount on gas or the points! They did this to my husband as well! Nothing but crackheads outside too.

Another issues AS ALWAYS. I go to this 7/11 because they have the strawberry Fairlife protein on sale. Today it rang up as 4.19 I showed them the price and the clerk says "old price" when I asked if they could honor it he just started talking to his coworker in another language and didn't say anything. The language barrier is always an issue here and they never honor things when they are wrong/broken/mislabeled.
