Very poor customer service they don’t understand mobile check out management need more training about mobile check out at every 711 store I use mobile check out today at this location for a Pepsi 20oz and they thought
I wasn’t pay or app is fake I I show everything to the employee they don’t believe it so I have to return the Pepsi 20oz bottle over mobile check out can’t be confirmed that was pay I even show they receipt I would like a Refund

I went to this seven/11 store, in mid night, the guy was working their name was Randhawa. He was very cool guy, the store looks very clean, very good customer service, I had great great experience , ll come back soon

4 am and they are closed was knocking on window to ask what time they open and he didn’t answer. I don’t think I have ever been to a 7-11 that isn’t 24 hours. Anyone that wants 24 hours there is the new chevron that’s 24 hours right Dow the street.

Not 24 hrs anymore. Hasn’t been 24 hrs since the pandemic hit. Workers keep leaving at midnight. Place sucks either way.

Not open 24hrs, was rudely shooed away after waiting 30min for doors to open.Update after seeing several people visit this place all within a 20min difference from my visit and the doors still locked y'all NEED TO CHANGE YOUR INFORMATION ONLINE you are not 24hr and should not be posted as such. Definitely calling corporate and seeing what's going on with this location and possibly reporting to Better business bureau
