They had a special for dollar coffee and despite me telling him it should be a dollar he just look at me telling me the full price and charged me full price.. They have a whole display on a table right in front of him that I showed him. Great way to start my morning

I don't know what it is about this store specifically, but they never have hot coffee anywhere from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and their food selection is always out. Their cash register lady always messes up or asks me to scan and pay twice. I swear I've been double charged three times here now. I'm never coming back here again and you shouldn't either go to the one on Pierce and magnolia

Service is horrible ! U try a slurpee flavor or coffee and you'll get to register and they'll ring you up for the trying of what you want before you buy. Not 24/7 they don't even let people in after 12! Stay away, worst 7-11 ever! You've been warned

I new to this area, this is my second time coming to this 7-eleven after 11pm and the attendants do no open the door. They wouldn't even come to the door to say why they weren't allowing customers inside. They held an upside down sign that said store closed from midnight until 5 am even though google says the store is open 24hr as most 7-eleven locations seem to be. When these two particular attendants are there they sometimes have a handwritten sign on the door that says no more than two customers allowed inside at a time. I'm not sure if they don't want to work or if they just dont want to help certain customers. Either way very unprofessional. I do intended on contacting the store owner. I'd I could give zero star I would.

The lady that works there in the morning is beyond rude. She constantly losing her temper and tries to upcharge you. You tell her your in a crunch for time and the item that's not being able to be scanned can be left out and she'll raise her voice and let everyone know she's upset with you. Its bad business to embarrass your customers.

Not 24 hours at all like hours Fala state! The employees will be sitting down behind cash register and not let you in if it’s late like past 12 I believe and I tried to ask what time and employee just showed me 5 with his hands whileConsumed in his cell phone. and there’s nothing on door or window anywhere stating they’re hours are not 24 hours justLike every other 711 I’ve been too! Don’t patronize this horrible non customer friendly 711!
