Normally, I get exceptional customer service, but tonight this guy was on his phone and messed up my transaction. Of course, I’ve rejected it and asked for my money back, even though I had paid for with a card..
There is plenty of people who don’t have a job and you’re on your job on your phone doing a poor job at that.

Place is racist with their workers. Literally told my father hispanic to go back in the end of the line when he forgot to purchase a lotto ticket. It takes only 30 seconds for a lotto ticket. Not only that, i speak their language and were making fun of the hispanics. Absolute trash 711 store. Please do not support this local business in la sierra.

Information theft is a crime.
Try's to scam you for your ID to put into their system just to buy smokes. You have NO BUSINESS putting anyone's ID into your system EVER. You should be under investigation for ID Theft.

The manager mondad on saturday march 16 , 2024 at 6:00pm , treated me and my family very bad , we bring alot of buisness to this 7 eleven , and this manager treats us very bad , i would suggest firing him , i can very easily see why people would want to rob and hurt this manager he treats people very bad. The owner needs to step up and fire him asap !! If not i will be bringing up a civil lawsuit against him and the store manager for treating us very poorly.

First time using the 7 eleven delivery. It was so convenient arrived in timely matter and drinks were all still ice cold. Just needed a quick snack and could not get out to get something at the moment. This was just service needed. Ordered from ActiveMenus very good service.

They charged my card 3 separate charges and when I went back inside to clear it up(after only 5 minutes of putting the purchased ice into my cooler in my car), they only told me to cancel the transaction on my end and that I didn’t have proof since their receipts erase after 2 minutes. Be careful using a card there. Reported to BBB
