Patricia has excellent customer service!! I went to put gas and get a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich needed to be warmed up and she said she would do that for me and I can put my gas. I was going to go right after I pumped gas and she came out and handed it to me! I thought that was really nice of her as I was in a hurry ☺️

The store has become so much cleaner and it’s fully stocked. The new management is super friendly and they are very helpful.

Watch out for EMPLOYEE THIEF!!! She works the front cash register and will give false totals if she sees you are paying cash. She pockets your money. I went in to buy $1 super lotto and she said it was $20!! She argued with me over the total. I asked to speak with management and she said there isn't a manager working. I ended up leaving and went somewhere else. The second time, I purchased two scratchers and she gave me one and took the money for two. She doesn't wear her name badge, but she is young, maybe 5'2 with long black hair with eyelashes so thick, you can barely see her eyes. I will not be going to this 7-eleven ever again, and would give a zero if I could!! Take your money and go to the one on Indiana. They are far nicer and don't rip you off!!

The 7-Eleven is gross. The floors look really dirty. They have ants all over the store. Some of the employees are really rude. The food on the grill in the afternoon looks like it’s been sitting out for three days. The hotdogs look really fat and gross. The counters for the soda and Slurpee machines are always messy. The chicken looks very uncooked. Like it would give you salmonella. I’ve seen one of the managers be really rude to customers. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this 7-Eleven.

So I came to buy my daily coffee this morning and I was shocked at what I had witnessed, I got his name down because i didn’t think it was right. Tawab was yelling and cussing at his staff. I felt so bad for those employees. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy this new location however I will NOT under no circumstances support or be a customer of this 7eleven if I continue to witness this type of abuse. I would like to call their HR or some type of support team number to help fix this issue.

Walked in the other the day and I saw the store manager (Tawab was his name, I think?) screaming, yelling, and cussing out his employees. It’s not the first time either. I don’t want to come back to this store if the guy is going to treat his employees poorly.
