I ride an E-bike and recently I got a flat and needed to make the repair. I stopped at 76 to do the work. I talked to a young Hispanic woman who works there and told her what my problem was and what my intentions were, she said it was ok. But then as I was in the middle of the repair, some guy pulls up and rudely demanded that I immediately clean up the mess of green slime and tells me that he works there. Then storms out of there in his car when I didn't comply. I finally finished the repair and the guy working inside was nice enough to give me some paper towels to clean up my mess. He then informed me that the other guy does not work at 76. I cleaned up my mess as good as I could but I wasn't cleaning up someone else's mess. I made sure I took pictures before I left. I'm not planning on going back to this 76 unless their people get their attitudes in check.

They’re charging you for air, I’m not kidding they told me I had to use a quarter. That’s illegal in the state of California.

the oil change shop may or may not be decent, but going into the convenience store to get gas or food etc. the customer service is always an unpleasant vibe. The smell inside this store always smells of rotting sewage. The older heavier man who wears the mask that works the register always has the most weirdest arrogant attitude. He reminds me of an entitled and unhappy person.

Today I took my car in for an oil change at 76 gas stations on central and Brockton, I am very happy with customer service and I feel comfortable with this place , the guy that help me his name is Brandon , he explained to me all the details before I get the work done. To me is all about customer service and really get the work done right.Thank you!

Every single time I come here I am greeted with the most friendly attitude and best customer service. I was worried I wouldn't make it home because I felt like one of my tires had low air and Donny helped me right away even though it was at the end of the day. I came here a few months after I moved to Riverside, and I was greeted with the same friendliness and excellent customer service. Whether it's for a pack of gum, to fill up, oil, change, or check the air in my tires I will continue to be a customer here. Thank you !
