As far as insurance and DMV experiences go this place gets five stars. It’s always quick. They’re always friendly and it’s always straightforward. You can register your vehicle and get tags and insurance. There’s a few other services. I’m not thinking of right now but if you can do it at AAA instead of the DMV I would choose AAA every single time

Called AAA road service and the agent that showed up tighten my tire lug nuts till he broke 3 of them .... called at 230pm he showed up at 324pm its now 7pm and he still changing my broken lug nuts ... it took him 1 hr to go buy the lug nuts 🤦♂️ this is beyond ridiculous and unproffesional this mistake has caused me too miss work ...

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with AAA Driving School and specifically with one of your instructors, Randy. I signed up my son for driving lessons with AAA, and Randy was assigned as his instructor.
I must say that Randy has been an exceptional instructor. He consistently treated my son with kindness and respect, making him feel comfortable and confident during every scheduled drive. Randy's punctuality was also remarkable, as he was always on time for each driving session.
Thanks to Randy's excellent guidance and support, my son was able to pass his driving test on the first attempt. I am truly grateful to Randy for his dedication and professionalism throughout the entire experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Randy and AAA Driving School to anyone looking for quality driving lessons.
I give Randy and AAA Driving School a five-star rating for their outstanding service. Once again, thank you to Randy for a job well done.

Amazing service!!! Was in and out within 20 minutes, Gina was so helpful and kind! I was so impressed with their service and a great example of what customer service should be like everywhere!

Have had AAA for over 15 years …helped me, my teenagers who are now grown and I used it today for a flat on the freeway … such a HUGE help when help is needed. And always service with a smile!! Thank you

I love the convenience of AAA, and this location is a big part of that. Huge parking lot, great location, friendly staff.
Going to the DMV takes half your day sometimes. I’m so glad I can just come here and handle DMV stuff.
I always forget about the other AAA membership perks so coming to the office is a nice reminder of what’s available!

WORST & RUDEST INS. I CALL FOR A QUOTE AND WAS ASK SEVERAL QUESTIONS SINCE IM A NEW DRIVER HE SAID MY DOWN PAYMENT WOULD BE $4000.00 TO JUST STAY WITH MY OLD INSURANCE AND HANG UP ON ME !!!

Today my sister and I visited the Automobile Club to transfer ownership of a vehicle. There was so much to be done, but Lisa took great care of us and made the process seamless! She was professional yet very kind. Lisa guided us through every thing that needed to be done (there was a lot of paperwork)with such care, precision and compassion as it was a somewhat emotional transaction. We really don’t know what we would have done without Lisa. My sister had started the paperwork process about 2 weeks ago with another agent, only to find out today that she had been given the incorrect information. Lisa Truly saved the day!!!

An employee of this company Tracey Wooden is someone who cannot be trusted especially when it comes to financial information and others identities and personal information She is involved in fraudulent activity. Currently charges and a court case is in the process of being filed . So anyone who deals with this individual should be cautious of their sensitive information being used in fraudulent activities She also works as a Senior Escrow Assistant.

Went to West Springfield office and had the issue addressed pleasantly and professionally.

One year I went without AAA and I realized from now till the end of the world I will always have AAA. There are many services provided with a membership. Some perks that I can't live without are tows up to 200 miles, 5 gal fuel, rental car if I get stuck and dmv tags. Convenient for all my wants and needs. I am never alone on the road when I'm traveling late or far distances. It's my security blanket I can't depart from and haven't for over 22 years. This branch is my go to and I've always received great service, helpful and friendly. Enter through the gate head straight back. Lots of parking available. The entrance is on the back side of the building. Opposite from the street.
