Forget going to Lowe's or Home Depot because Bowman's Ace Hardware has everything I need and has great customer service. I needed a screw to fix the visor on the driver's side of my car. The manager found the right screw and then came out to my car and put it in so the visor wouldn't keep falling down.
When I go to Lowe's or Home Depot it takes too long for someone to come and help me find what I need. I don't think they would ever come out to my cand fix the visor like Bowman's Ace Hardware did.🥰

Came here for an online order pickup. Was not a good experience. There is a total disconnect between the instructions that were emailed to me and what actually went down when I actually arrived. Also, the parking lot is a total cluster.

Ace does offer a variety of merchandise, however they don't offer refunds and you are informed of this on your receipt once you have paid for your items. They possibly would have exchanged the item but unfortunately it had been over two weeks since I purchased the item which was a $5 faucet aerator that was never used because it did not fit. So I donated it back to them as I had no use for it. Very Last Shopping There.

Went to the store recently for something and happened to need to use its restroom during the stay. It turned out to meet two very unfriendly staffers-The male one lied telling me there is only one restroom in the store(occupied at the time) and the female didn't allow the use while I found and was already inside its second restroom. Why should I use its restroom if it's not urgent? How could they treat its customer so unfriendly? Just don't understand! Will never enter this store from now on!

I thought that it was OKI drove there to look up the breaker switch. They sold me the wrong one but they didn't want to give me my money back because that's their policy but I told them that it would never fit they asked me the wrong questions.

They don’t participate in the Ave Rewards program but their prices are less than other Ace Hardwares stores that do considerably.

Service and assistance here is amazing. Prices seem lower than Amazon, Lowes and Home Depot. A very nice gent even carried the 20lb bird seed to my car. Also the inventory is impressive.
