I initially went to Araceli to get a deed processed with a very tight deadline. Araceli helped me get this done quickly and gave me a very fair price! I enjoyed working with her so much that when I found out she also did real estate I didn't hesitate to sign her on for my first home buying process. She walked me through everything and her years of experience showed as she was able to help me secure my first home in this crazy market! Araceli was a joy to work with to obtain change of ownership grant deeds on two separate properties in different counties. She answered all my questions and put me at ease with her confidence in discussing these matters. It was obvious I was dealing with a professional with a lot of experience. She was prepared for my appointment, was on time, and her office was immaculate. I was done in no time, and when I filed the paperwork at each respective County Recorder’s Office, there were no issues, as her paperwork was completed properly.I would highly recommend Araceli and Action Document Services.
