I have been a client here for less than a year. And frequently it malfunctions and wont allow me to purchase items (declines) even though i have the funds in my account. This has been happening at least a few times a month. Its really embarrassing when your card declines and you have to walk away from the till because the card got declined.

From start to finish this whole entire company has been nothing but amazing. As a small business owner in Riverside, staying on top of all areas of my business can be so time-consuming. Being frustrated for years with trying to design and build my own website, along with all of the other day today operations Has been extremely hard and here comes Acu web with their superman cape and all. I cannot even put into words how happy I am with the design and help that they have done for me. They have always responded so fast and giving me multiple options to help my budget. I cannot recommend this company enough .

I run a small business and we needed our website redone. We previously had one company do it and it came out bad. Let’s just say a 5 year old could have done a better job. So needless to say I was reluctant to pay another company to create and redesign our website. I met Austin through a meeting and he was very professional. We set up a time for me to come to their office to check out their work and I’m glad I decided to go with them. Meeting the crew at the ACU Web I knew I was good hands they are all extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. They showed me their work and I was very impressed so I moved forward with them. I came by for final approval and they exceeded all my expectations!! I’m so blown away by the creativity and the little details they got that I didn’t even think of. I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed!

ACU Web's team is great. They designed my site years ago and then revamped it. They've continued to help support it when needed. Reasonable pricing and Austin and Dan have always been responsive and very easy to work with.
