AMAZING cake decorator here! She did not miss. I can’t believe I got such a beautiful cake for $36. Showed her my inspo pic and she took a ton of notes. My sister loved it. ❤️

What good is having high tech self checkouts and can’t even purchase a 12pk of beer and chips. Two items but needed to go to the regular line for longer wait because machines don’t scan alcohol. Well they do at Ralphs. Ralphs will now be my go to store.

I often make purchases online and do curbside pick up, and Aileen, is always so helpful and kind. Her customer service is exceptional; she is attentive to my orders and friendly always. A true gem!

Hello my name is fury I drive for doordash I have been coming to this store for years and my family faithfully for years has used this store I do not appreciate how I was treated yesterday wile on the job and getting groceries for our customer when we come in the store we are on a timer n we only have so much time to scan our groceries and then get in line yesterday I was told three times the same thing and the lady knows who she is this is twice now I'm done w the disrespect my time is as precious as everyone else on top of that I dnt judge no one but it seems like I'm judged when I walk threw them doors I know how to do my job you are not about to have me stand in line and go over my timer because you did not want me to scan my item n make me late to get a contract violation for being late sorry yr not about to hinder my job and by the way I dnt drink n the alcohol was for my customer and regardless if u don't wanna give me the item to hold I at least need to scan it so I can get in line n load my card to pay I'm sick of the disregard for my job but I'm supposed to respect yr job tho I do not think so this is why I love my stater bros I get nothing but respect there everyone is awesome n I feel comfortable people need to stop discriminating because it's disgusting n another thing I do not need anyone to tell me but once not tell me like I'm a child it's childish n rude.

I picked up a Father’s Day cake label said chocolate and got home too celebrate and it was white cake and tasted awful labeled wrong and no taste except very sugary frosting very disappointed

The gentleman in produce helped me with a huge win. He went above and beyond to find extra rhubarb for me. After searching all over Riverside, it looked like they only had 2 stalks left, but he found an almost full box that was hiding. He truly saved my weekend.

As a customer who frequents this Albertsons multiple times a week, I am appalled by the terrible customer service I received from Joey, the Front Store Manager. During my recent visit, I was at the customer service desk for a western union order with a young female associate helping me, who has helped before without any issue. When the Front Store Manager, Joey approached and belittled the employee.
Joey's attitude was immediately criticizing and condescending. He barely made eye contact and spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. He didn't apologize for the delay he was causing, and when I asked for clarification on how to resolve this issue, his rudeness only intensified. To make matters worse, Joey abruptly walked away in a completely disrespectful manner.
This wasn't an isolated incident either. Over my many visits, I've consistently noticed Joey's bad attitude and witnessed him verbally abusing his employees on several occasions. As a veteran, I value respect and professionalism, and Joey's behavior falls far short of acceptable.
Beware of the Front Store Manager, Joey. This level of service they is unacceptable, I hope Joey can be dealt with cordially before he disrespects other customers and employees. Albertsons should seriously reconsider who they have in leadership positions, as Joey's behavior is detrimental to both customers and staff.
