It's 8 am and we have to wait for a cashier to arrive so we can check out. I don't work here, why should I have to do self-checkout?

Usually Albertsons and Vons are my stop by stores during traveling!
Today; I had to meet a wonderful friendly “Yolanda” at this Albertsons and wanted to give her 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️shout out for her amazing service!!!
Try balsamic grilled chicken breast and goat cheese; first one is good while the second was ok
Thanks Yolanda 🫵🙂😇✝️🙏

I just had a really bad experience with cashier Richard Lier. I feel like I was either racially profiled or treated differently because of gender discrimination. I am of mexican descent, I am female, and I have a few visible tattoos and piercings. The man ahead of me in line was an older white man (70-80 years of age) the woman behind me was an older white woman (70-80 years of age) and the treatment I received compared to both other patrons mentioned above was like night and day. I was accused by Richard of not giving the older man enough room to pay. Richard unprompted, verbally told me that I need to give the older man room to pay even though there was at least 2ft between us. I was simply moving forward so that the older woman behind me had room to place her items on the conveyor belt. The way Richard spoke to me after the incident was in a rude condescending tone. As I stated above, I heard him interact with 2 additional guests and he did not treat them as he treated me. I have no doubt it was based on the way I looked.
I’ve spent 15 years as an area manager and general manager of a few different restaurant chains. I recognize the right way to treat a guest and the wrong way to treat a guest.
I currently manage a construction company in the area. Myself and my team frequently purchase items in bulk from your establishment to stock our facilities. I left the establishment feeling embarrassed and judged.
Please reference your cameras and audio to better understand his actions.

The gentleman in produce helped me with a huge win. He went above and beyond to find extra rhubarb for me. After searching all over Riverside, it looked like they only had 2 stalks left, but he found an almost full box that was hiding. He truly saved my weekend.

As a customer who frequents this Albertsons multiple times a week, I am appalled by the terrible customer service I received from Joey, the Front Store Manager. During my recent visit, I was at the customer service desk for a western union order with a young female associate helping me, who has helped before without any issue. When the Front Store Manager, Joey approached and belittled the employee.
Joey's attitude was immediately criticizing and condescending. He barely made eye contact and spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. He didn't apologize for the delay he was causing, and when I asked for clarification on how to resolve this issue, his rudeness only intensified. To make matters worse, Joey abruptly walked away in a completely disrespectful manner.
This wasn't an isolated incident either. Over my many visits, I've consistently noticed Joey's bad attitude and witnessed him verbally abusing his employees on several occasions. As a veteran, I value respect and professionalism, and Joey's behavior falls far short of acceptable.
Beware of the Front Store Manager, Joey. This level of service they is unacceptable, I hope Joey can be dealt with cordially before he disrespects other customers and employees. Albertsons should seriously reconsider who they have in leadership positions, as Joey's behavior is detrimental to both customers and staff.

Does not contain the quality that Albertsons is known for, and I fear it may be due to clientele.

I have only been to this location a few times, I ussually go to vons in eastvale but depending on my errands and which direction I am going since I live in Indian hills helps decide which one I go to pick up items I want from the sale ad, etc. the last few times I have been in there was an older guy that was super friendly and helpful when I was there and this time everyone was great! The employees here are so helpful, I called to get a product check I was trying to purchase on a rain check I had had for almost a month and I spoke to Joey on the phone and he was very helpful and said incouod come jn and still get an extension since I explained to him every week I have gone to vons and they haven't had the item I wanted, I was looking for rock star four packs and when I was there they took my info and they even called the vendor and said they come in Monday and they will call me and they also gave me another rain check in case I don't make it in, the strawberries I purchased were beautiful and I had bought a chicken salad croissant sandwhich which I was skeptical about since in the past at other places I have been iffy about them and I figured I would give it a try the guy at the hot foods section said they were good and it was delicious! Very fresh, flgood flavor as well. The store is an older location but everything was organized and very clea.n.

Prices ridiculously high compared to other local supermarkets...hamburger, eggs and other food staples a dollar or more in price compared to others in the area. Customer service poor at check out...was forced to go to self checkout because one checker on a Friday afternoon...items didn't scan forcing the "helper" to come over and check my scans on the video like I was a thief... Produce was poor....and overpriced as well. Bread area was stale and mostly missing from bakery. Cake (we bought) had no scan requiring someone to go get another similar to scan/price check. Store is also messy and combined with high prices ($345 was my bill) and poor service...for sure I won't ever be back.

Fix your curbside pickup parking spot issue. You know it's an issue, people park there like normal spots and it creates a mess for employees and customers trying to get groceries.
Employees know it's an issue and has been for awhile.
Also why only 2 spots? Open up aisle parking spots for curbside only. Such a mess.

I had trouble finding my items before the store closed and John, Marvin and Joseph really stepped up and went above and beyond in their customer service to make sure I had everything I needed. Every time I shop there, I feel very welcomed and assisted.
