  I had a really disappointing experience with SecurCare Self Storage, starting at the Service Ct location. I went there to inquire about a unit, but the door and gate were completely locked. There was no way to get in or talk to anyone—no signs, no notice, nothing. I figured it might’ve just been a fluke, so I drove over to this Columbia location, hoping for a better outcome.
  
  Unfortunately, it wasn’t any better here. When I arrived, I was told by the employee that she couldn’t help me because she was on a Zoom call for a “district meeting.” She flat-out said she wouldn’t assist me or any other new customers until after the meeting was over—maybe around 12:30. Honestly, I was shocked that helping customers just stopped because of a virtual meeting.
  
  At that point, I decided to try one more place—the Main Street location—and thankfully, I was finally treated with some respect. Angel greeted me right away, was super helpful, and answered all my questions. Funny enough, he mentioned he was on the same Zoom meeting but still managed to help me like a real professional.
  
  Huge thanks to Angel at Main Street. But as for the Columbia location, refusing service for a meeting and turning customers away? That’s just bad business.
