Promotional stickers were on items I was purchasing. Turns out they didn't do their jobs in taking off the tags and didn't want to give them to me at the tagged price. I'm here all the time. Owner Kim said they can't override price. BS. That's called false advertisement. Glad there's another location nearby and I won't have to come here again.

Before I walked into the store the Chinese female owner was watching me very close as I was approaching the entrance door starring me down. At the moment I didn't think nothing of it until I walked in. I was only caring a breakfast burrito and the Chinese owner asked me to put aside while shopping and I did comply with no hesitation. She in her native language was mumbling In there language as if she was saying watch him as if I was a criminal or getting ready to still.I was only going for a phone charger head. I explained to her what she did was discrimination and disrespectful. I understand her need to protect her store but discrimination was definitely their and I definitely contacted my attorney not for the sake of getting money but for professional respect, we are not all theaves.

As the cliche saying goes “if I could give zero stars I would”. That expression couldn’t be more true based off my experience at this location. As a local truck driver my time is VERY valuable to me and I rarely make pit stops due to the inconvenience of finding parking for a tractor trailer. However, on this day I needed to buy a pack of my usual choice of cigarettes. I was attended by an employee by the name of “Aracely” who I later found out was unfortunately the “manager”. I asked for a pack of camel Turkish silver and it rang up at about $5.60 and she decided that wasn’t right and decided to grab the more expensive camel Turkish gold which rang up at about $10.60 resulting in her refusing to sale me the pack that I asked for and instead wanted to charge me for the pack of her choice. I could have left a satisfied customer but instead I left with a bitter experience as a result of very poor customer service. If this is the type of employee you choose to promote to “manager” this location definitely is sadly deserving of that cliche saying of deserving ZERO stars. I would advise hard working truck drivers to NOT go to this inconvenient “convenient” store as they are not deserving of our valuable time and hard earned money.

Arrived and tried to use my buy one, get one for coffee through the app. After scanning, it still totaled the same price with no discount! I showed one of the staff the deal in my app, and the only response I received was that the system was down and I couldnt get the discount manually. Never had this experience before.

I going to AMPM with my thermal cup the 32 oz refill soda and it go up to the counter and they charge me $299 and and on the dispensary where the soda is it says 44 bigger a $1.39 so I said the sign says $1.39 she and he says nope 299 I said nope and I went over there and dumped it out and they banned me from going in there I wait 30 days and they still won't let me go in there so I don't know what to say but go in there is might have some conflict by doing the right thing I don't recommend AMPM to anybody and that's my two cents

This placed is called am/pm but they are closed at 2am. The workers were huddled up. No sign or hours of operations. Very unprofessional!

0 stars , came in hoping to get a hot coffee and this guy has the store locked ... it's literally called ampm for a reason . When we tapped the glass to get his attention from his phone to us , he just ignored us and went back on his phone
