“I recently toured an apartment complex and had an amazing experience with Haylee, the leasing agent. She was incredibly kind and personable, radiating sincerity about the place. They are great about communicating too- no need to call multiple times to just find out about the availability. Great transparency on what they ask to obtain a lease. The complex feels safe with each unit having a ring camera, which I love. The units and property are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with no sloppy maintenance work. I viewed these same units two years ago but didn't move in due to work relocation. Returning now, I found the quality has not only remained intact but has become even more impressive. Their amenities are amazing. The washer and dryer in the units are very good sized. You can tell the management truly cares about maintaining the property. I’m definitely looking forward to moving into one of their units! Ps: see pics of their cute brochure I attached”

“I had a really great move-in experience at Mission Grove Apartments. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout everything. They made sure I had all the information I needed and helped make the transition into my new place as stress-free as possible. The apartment was ready for move-in and I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was. So far, I’m very happy with my experience and looking forward to living here”

“Nice place. Parking is a hassle. You get one assigned spot and have to find an empty unreserved spot for a second vehicle. There are exactly 4 broken down vehicles near building 13 that are taking up the unreserved spots. Would be nice if they can get those towed so there are spots to park in.”

“Been living here for a few years and like any other complex there's always pros and cons. The management now is the best I've experienced since 2013. If your looking for affordable living and to save money to find a better place this is the place. Jenell is the manager now and she trys her best to make every tenant here feel wanted and respected.”

“I had such a positive experience working with Samantha at Core at Sycamore Highlands Apartments in Riverside. She was very personable, sweet, and genuinely helpful from the start. She explained everything in detail, from the lease terms to the next steps, and I never felt rushed or confused. Her warmth, kindness, and patience made the whole process easy. I sat and I did my application in the office and she answered all my questions. If you're looking at Core at Sycamore Highlands, I highly recommend asking for Samantha!”

“Moved here in 2021. I haven't had any issues with roaches or maintenance repairs. Parking is okay. You do get 1 space with your unit but if you have 2 cars you have to park on the back wall. There are also parking spaces available to rent for $50. Which I think is reasonable, my last apartment charged $150 a month for an extra space. I've seen cars get towed but only people who don't listen and park in the red zone or in handicap with no placard. My neighbor is cool too. He has been here way longer than me though 15 years. Manager has always been nice to me. Same person since I've been here.”

4555 Pine Street, Riverside CA 92501
“This place is perfect my little family, the ONLY gripe is the gates are always left unlock letting non-residents (unfortunately homeless) in all the time going through trash AND stealing from people’s porch areas. The area is so nice and accessible to downtown areas, and beautiful Mt. Rubidoux! Maintenance is very on top of any issues I’ve had and the pool is very well taken care of. The grills could use some love cuz at the time of writing this, only one of the two works and aren’t cleaned very well for the next person. Staff is kind and responsive to any needs.”

“I think you can see the apartments, the location, and the convenience in a multitude of other reviews. I'll focus on the experience. I cannot express enough how great it is to work with the management team, especially Skylar, the Assistant Property Manager. She was fantastic from Day 1 and has helped us with every request and resolved all of our needs to high satisfaction. I have no hesitation and no regrets renting here and working with Skylar. THANKS!!!”

“I wanted to share my experience with the management team—specifically Rosa. She has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve reached out with questions about rentals, leasing, and contracts. She is always patient, knowledgeable, and never hesitates to assist. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people and making the process easier. Based on my interactions with her alone, I would highly recommend reaching out if you’re considering this community!”

“Samantha has been absolutely amazing and so patient throughout this entire move-in process! 😊 I’m truly grateful for her kindness, patience, and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly and that everything looked good for my move-in. I really appreciate the way she treated me and made this process feel so much easier. ❤ I also want to give a huge thank-you to all of the ladies at the front desk! Every one of them has been so sweet, welcoming, and kind to me. Those are the kind of people who truly deserve to be at the front desk because they make such a positive first impression and create a welcoming environment. Thank you so much, Samantha, and to all of the wonderful ladies who have been so kind and helpful throughout this process! Your kindness and patience did not go unnoticed. ❤😊”
