“I accidentally dropped my Rosary beads in the disposal and I tried to pull them out myself and my hand got stuck in the disposal. Luckily I still had access my Cellphone. I called the office to let Maria know that my hand was stuck in the disposal and she quickly let Troy know of my situation and Troy was here in a matter of seconds! He turned the power off the the disposal and went underneath the sink and took apart the disposal and freed my hand using WD-40! Wanna give a five star salute to Troy and Maria fo giving me a hand by saving mine! Top notch service ! Thank you guys!”

“We moved in December. We absolutely love our 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartments. It's a quite complex with lots of friendly neighbors. The front desk ladies are super nice and it's nice to Always see security on the ground.”

“Moved here in 2021. I haven't had any issues with roaches or maintenance repairs. Parking is okay. You do get 1 space with your unit but if you have 2 cars you have to park on the back wall. There are also parking spaces available to rent for $50. Which I think is reasonable, my last apartment charged $150 a month for an extra space. I've seen cars get towed but only people who don't listen and park in the red zone or in handicap with no placard. My neighbor is cool too. He has been here way longer than me though 15 years. Manager has always been nice to me. Same person since I've been here.”

“I've lived around the area in different complexes from student housing to windwood to sterling. Now that university crest (previously bouldercrest) got new management the apartments are sleeker than ever. No more gross carpet, up to date appliances and still a reasonable price. Not only do they look good the staff are always nice and more than helpful. I LITERALLY put in a maintenance request for my air conditioner and they came the same day ordered a new unit and I got it the very next day. Also you cannot beat the beauty of the coy pond waterfall. I'm so glad I chose this place.”

It felt very homey.Maintenance was extremely friendly, but just had to reach out multiple times in a few cases but they got the job done.Only concern I had was the fact that there is no night time security.On top of that they are a little disorganized. Besides that there are many good things about this community.”
