It’s a really great place to live the unit is nice and well maintained when u first moved in. It’s also really close to UCR which is really nice. The people at the front office are always really helpful with any questions or concerns and they address things right away.

I love my experience living here so far here. The staff is friendly and knows me by name, which I appreciate. They have been very responsive to my needs. Maintenance comes quick and they are very friendly. I also appreciate how they have monthly events for the residents!

I have been here since 9/24. I love the staff in the office, and the apartment itself is perfect. The floorplan is practical but just creative enough to inspire a fun layout with furniture. I do wish I could switch to monthly so in the event a home purchase opportunity comes up, it will not require breaking a lease.
