The challenge was that we are in Northern California, so everything was planned, designed and co-ordinated at a distance. But the entire process was so smooth, the communication with Chad was excellent, and the construction team did a fabulous job. And the installation crew of Adam, Luis and Angel are so skilled and just the best. If you want the best, go to the Best of Backyard”

Hanna made the process extremely easy being available via text (she replies promptly too!) to answer ALL of my questions. I was able to coordinate the purchase without having to return to the store bc conflicts with my schedule. Leo delivered/installed all my appliances in about an hour all by himself! Go Leo! Super friendly and professional. The experience was seamless from start to finish, even with hiccups! Nonetheless, a definite must recommend! I visit home depots in the area from perris,temecula, but this is my favorite store to visit. All employees are always asking if I need assistance or need help loading. “Today we were shopping in the Plumbing department at Home Depot on Madison. It was a hot and frustrating day. While we were looking for a new hot water heater, Kimberly - Home Depot support representative - approached us asking if we needed help. We did and she stayed with us answering questions and helping us to make our final decision. She was terrific! This was the first time in dozens of visits to Home Depot for years that anyone ever approached us offering help. We usually have to hunt someone down and even then, help was not always available. Thank you Kimberly - Home Depot is fortunate to have you on their staff.”
