  Went in there spent almost 5 dollars on two sodas they tasted terrible went to get refund and they would not refund them for me. They told me that they could not give me a refund and that there was other flavors may be something petty, but I daily buy Mountain Dew‘s And I did not want another flavor. They should’ve gave my money back so I could’ve went next-door and grabbed a proper Mountain Dew, which I wound up doing anyways and wasting almost 5 dollars at their store.

  Monica very disrespectful came out knocking like a person on illegal substances attempting to break my window. I was a regular well spoken kind customer until today. She was demanding why was I parked in the parking lot. Which to my understanding if you have a non emergency that can be taken care of you can park for safety at any FUEL station. While that situation is rectified or rescue service vehicles arrive for assistance. This was a NOC team between Monica and a darker brown bilingual male whom knowingly falsely accused me of doing something I wasn’t but from the actions I truly believe this is Monica having a creative episode towards another customer. If any violations were made it would be from the Grey Haundai with zero plates, tags or any proper DMV paperwork providing proper identification that said vehicle can be driven. I’m an expecting mom of which why I was taking a few minutes before I was going to make a purchase. As a document disabled pregnant female I have never been so offended, verbally assaulted, insulted as if I was the negligent employee whom allowed a so called copper theft, such disregard to the safety of an unborn child, shameful that ARCO stands with this type of customer service. Definitely a 360 from what ARCO used to be, no longer standing with the modo which is clearly posted on ARCO’s website for many years.

  Cheap gas, terrible facility. Owner will never make repairs. Some pumps are so damaged that you cannot pay, the button to accept fees is completely damaged over the years, so I hope you like waiting in line to pay a cashier inside.

  Usually the best price in the area. Despite being only a few years old it's already ben trashed. Many of the screens are damaged to the point that they are unusable. Lots of graffiti and often pan handlers hanging around. Very busy during rush hours.

  Terrible lady who works there. There was a homeless man outside who wanted water. She saw him outside she came out and yelled in Spanish “you want water” twice and told him to leave I believe he was special, he was sitting outside and she came with a huge bucket and threw it on what he was sitting on for him to leave. So wrong! Treat others how you want to be treated. How disgusting of a person…

  This is the second Arco I have visited and both experiences were negative.
  1. They have two public bathrooms but printed out a sign stating "Employees Only".
  2. The available bathroom didn't have any soap nor a soap dispenser.
  3. The sink, toilet, walls, and garbage bin have graffiti on them.
  4. They had a toilet brush in a fountain cup that had water in it.
  5. There was graffiti all over fuel pump.
  6. There were four employees so I am surprised they didn't have time to put soap in the bathroom.
  
  I will never go to another Arco if I can help it.
