Don't come here. Only about 5 of their total washer work. The rest have missing doors, won't turn on or are labeled (full) and won't take more quarters. The washer I managed to get ended up developing a leak and shot out soap water. Yay.

They are a rip off be water ever time you put a bill into get quarters it costs $25 so if you do singles you get $.75 back for every dollar !!

If i could do 0 stars i would, we had an emergency last night that required us to need a dryer and we literally only needed about 15 mins in total. It was 8:30 & it says they don't close until 10 however I understand the rule of having to wash there too and not just drying. But the lady who was "working & cleaning" there was just so rude and unprofessional. I'm not one to write reviews but for this I will. My mom asked if it's possible to just use the dryer real quick (mind you, we've been here before when needed & half their machines are 'out of order' & have roaches everywhere but whatever). She acted like we weren't going to pay and literally told us that they were closed but there was a bunch of people in there still using the place and a homeless man was literally sleeping on one of the benches inside?? I didn't like the attitude in her tone when we asked a simple question because she definitely didn't have to be rude. Work on your customer service skills plz. So save yourself the trouble of coming here and go elsewhere to get your money's worth.

Do not bother.There are only 4 or 5 of the cheaper machines working, so it cost $7 to do one load because only the large ones are functioning. Several of the multiloads are also out of order. I suspect they leave it this way on purpose to force us to use the more expensive machines. By the time I'm done it will probably be $10 for a single load. 10 bucks used to buy several loads at my apartment complex, so this is a huge waste.

More than 50% of washers and dryers don't work. The washing machine was not taking the coins 2x on me 1?. Not recommended at all.

Most of the washing machines are broken or out of order. Same thing with the dryers. Overpriced

It is always very dirty, many machines don't work and there are some homeless people drinking inside. No security.

Don’t come here. Most of the machines don’t work and I’ve never seen the owner. Today 9/25/21 I used a washer that was supposedly in service but it didn’t wash my clothes properly, no water until the final rinse. No one is here to refund me. They have 21 machines that don’t work and they never get fixed.
