My experience at this place was positive. The doctor (Kim) took his time to answer all my questions with the help of Rosa. The doctor and his assistant showed empathy towards my 5-week-old puppy who was sick. Thank you.

Dr. Kim is very experienced, knowledgeable. Even though he is a little clumsy to explain to us, but we could understand what he meant. Thank you.

Dr. Kim is super unprofessional and rude! He will laugh in your face just for asking questions. He injected our cat with three vaccines without saying prices or even asking if we wanted them, wanted us to pay over $300 for things that were not even asked for. I’d think twice about coming here it’s not even an actual animal hospital it’s just a place that happens to give animals vaccines for unnecessary reasons.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Vet & tech, terribly mean bedside manners. The vet got upset that we didn't buy his vaccine package deal as opposed to the only 3 vaccines needed. Roughly injected our dog with needles, making him cry out! NO COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Went in to support my friend as her pup had an ear infection. After witnessing how poorly Dr. Kim treated my friend I had to leave a review. Dr. Kim was completely rude and unprofessional. Would not let my friend talk, ask questions, just proceed to laughing in her face. Take your pups to a friendly vet & save yourself time as Dr. Kim clearly is not it.

Been going here for years. Dr. Kim is the best. He takes his time and usually will give you three options. Highly recommend.

I found out real fast this Dr new what he was talking about, I loved how well he explained everything, straight to the point. And my dog is old on his last years of life, he did a miracle, my dog is walking again on his own, with the meds he prescribed my dog is living a good life despite his age. And staff was so lovely . I'm so happy my dog is healing . ?

I would give no stars if I could. Well I felt like dr. Kim doesn't care about my animals at all. When Dr. Kim feels it's too much he pawns it off to a specialist, he uses it even though your animal doesn't need one or he says the 24 hour emergency down the street which sucks too. But a Second opinion is best for sure. Don't go to specialist unless it is your last resort . I know I have done it in the past with a kitten I took to him with a prolaped rectum he couldn't treat her properly I don't think he knew how he ended up sewing her butt hole with p*** inside and she could have died it was bad. Her prolapse returned he didn't fix it several hundred dollars later. so I then I took her to la Sierra vet clinic where it was an easy fix for Dr. Munson she was tested and had mycoplasma an easy find with a blood test. And treatable. No surgeries just medications my cat recovered and is healthy now. I don't know why I went back to Dr. Kim again he is does same day appointments and he is 2 minutes away from my house. But I come to recognize that he does basic things really good and that is fine if you want vaccinations and a spay or neuter. But right now I feel stupid I did not take the warning signs. So I had recently had blood work done because my kitten has been treated with multiple things she is sick and getting sicker so dr. Kim had prescribed her antibiotics antivirus meds, antibiotic shot and it wasn't getting better for her this was several visits . so I asked for blood work done on my kitten to get a better view on what is going on, and it came back with corona virus. They called me to tell me to come in with my kitten in the morning, why I do not know just to tell me he wasn't going to treat my kitten with any antibiotics even though I know she has a secondary infection and having trouble breathing, she had a fever, lethargic, clear eye discharge, sneezing, diarrhea not from coronavirus at all there is a bacterial infection going on for sure. I was shocked and horrified!!!! No treatment!!!!!! , He made me wait for about an hour to be told I probably have to euthanize her and FIP because that is what coronavirus turns into, crap wtf are you serious she doesn't have that and no symptoms of that. I think he needs to go back to school. It was a joke.the whole visit was a joke. Coronavirus in cats is treatable not a death sentence plus I was told later that all cats test positive for this. My kitten clearly needs antibiotics any vet can see that maybe other treatments to help with the airways she was wheezing and breathing out of her mouth sneezing and spraying snot. but nooooo I have to wait for an appointment for 2 days!!! I had an appointment with dr. Munson. I am done with this vet I will never step foot in that office again or give them another chance. This is such a horrible feeling what I experienced there. I was crying in the office because I wanted him to help my kitten I don't want anyone to ever go through what I have gone through so please think twice before making an appointment here, you may regret it. I will be taking all of my animals from now on to la Sierra vet with Dr. Munson. Update- after taking my 2 kittens to the new vet one tested positive for mycoplasma just like I told dr. Kim she would but he did the wrong test that is what dr. Munson said so he told me she tested negative. I was furious. I have another cat with the same thing at home so I know and it's contagious when they have symptoms. So they are also doing a fecal sample and did an eye swab while in the office. She Sent home eye treatment for conjunctivitis and clavamoxion for both for bacterial infection she did no FIP for either she said that was ridiculous for him to even suggest that they have no round bellies or fluid anywhere. But dr. Munson also said another round of Doxycycline for 21 days when I come in for a recheck will be necessary. That is normal treatment for mycoplasma since one of my kittens is still positive she will most likely treat both of the kittens I have

i came in this morning at 8 am with my 11 month old pittie. she was showing signs of what seemed to me that she was dehydrated. i did not have an appointment nor did i call ahead i just walked in as an emergency because my dog was vomiting and not eating anything. dr. kim was still able to see me and cared for my girl anyway. he did his thing and tested her for coronavirus and for parvovirus. sure enough she tested positive for parvovirus. he gave me 3 options and with my financial situation i chose to what i could afford.dr kim and his assistant giselle we’re very helpful and informative. they helped me and made me feel a lot better in 1 hour! i was amazed and truly grateful for their urgency and willingness to help me. i will definitely be coming back :)

Do not take your pet here if you value your pets life. They are cruel butchers and over charge for everything. My dog died 1 day after they got their hands on him. I am devastated.
