STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Their reception has no compassion nor does their management. They had my dog for 5 days with parvo. They gave us an estimate for 2 more days of hospitalization, the next day we went in to sign the estimate and it DOUBLED. They would not honor the written estimate I had in my hands and to top it off they would not give me back my paperwork and when I tried to get it from them they physically shoved me and told me to take my sick dog and leave. They are only about the MONEY. I am now out 9k and I was sent home with a dog with no meds, no e-collar, and no at home care instructions. They are complete crooks do not take your animals here!

Awful experience.Awful stuff. Rude, no empathy to people or animals.I wonder how are they are even running this place with this attitude.I had to take my cat to emergency because he was vomiting blood. It was very scary moment for me.I just move to riverside and it was the nearest emergency vet I found at that moment. They just saw him and gave him some medication which comes upto $700 bill!!! Just money hungry people. They should get sued

I lost my yellow Labrador to lung cancer. Probably the worst I have ever seen I have been a vet tech for years. Arlington Animal Hospital made me and my family very happy with the treatment and compassion towards our pet and our family thank you for everything. Much love from the Rodriguez family thank you AAH for being our family with our Buck. Thank you for helping me keep my memory of my pet Yellow Labrador Retriever Buck. I can’t thank AAH enough.

Absolutely love everyone at AAH! I trust them with my 4 cats as well as the ferals I take care of, and have recommended them to everyone I work with. It is an emergency hospital, so if you do not have an appointment expect to wait because they *will* be full with clients who made appointments-- unless your pet is keeling over then you get moved to the front of the line. I've seen this and unfortunately have had this happen when my cat had been attacked. The doctor and tech were able to save him and he's thriving now (Spitfire says hi ?).

No matter the condition of your animal they will ask for paperwork and a deposit to even take your pet into a room or a basic observation. The staff displayed a minimal amount of care and the estimate was absolutley outrageous compared to the alternative we chose. The doctor we spoke to wasn't very well spoken, seemed twitchy, and displayed a lack of care. I agree fully with the other reviews that the staff only cares about getting your money.

Brought in my kitty because he was in critical condition. They automatically ask for a deposit without even checking my cat. Then the front desk red head lady with glasses has a condescending attitude and tone. Extremely rude and zero compassion for the situation. They charge $100 just for the doctor to be able to see your pet. The doctor just weighted him and checked his pulse. That’s literally it these doctors are incompetent and money hungry. Please save ur coin and go to Redlands Emergency hospital.

Very disappointed with service. They clearly pray on people who care about their animals. Paid $80 for them to tell me I need to give them $1200 more to even attempt to diagnose my dog. No attempt to help in any way. Zero compassion and when I said that I could not afford that, they couldn't get me out-of their fast enough. I've seen more compassionfromm a Russian Mafia loan shark.

They're amazing. When my dog was dying they were awesome. She had to stay there for about a week and they let me come every day to see her and pet her and never rushed me or made me feel like I was in the way, it was like I owned the place and they were all my friends. Then when it finally time to put her to sleep I called about 10 minutes before they closed on New Years Day and they stayed late so I could bring her in. Again, no rush, nothing. They let me spend as much time as I wanted w her before and after. I can't say enough good things about them.

Realized I never finished my review. After we brought our dog in for seizures they told us it would be very expensive to actually diagnose if the blood work came back negative for a cause. I appreciated the honesty and communication. They gave him a prescription and talked about increasing the dose if he was responding but not as well on the lower dose. The dose was incresed when we saw improvement. But , they didn't update the refill and wouldn't without paying for another visit. We were running out of medication and had to wait a few days for a visit (we tried the vet in Arlington and Adams but he's only good for shots and minor issues). We finally got in and got another prescription and had them write out one we could fill online also, that was a struggle to get. But, by that time he not only got worse when we lowered the dose to make it to the visit, he declined faster to the point where we had to put him down a few days later. ?When I talked to the shelter I was unsure if that was the right thing. But when I described his symptoms, they assured me it was. There aren't many places to go but the office staff here could care less about what they put you through.10-2021High prices. They require masks regardless of Vaccination. They also make you wait in the car, which depending on your appointment and when you go could be 1-4 hr. They often like to do blood work which adds up quickly.

I found this hospital after an emergency with a foster dog. I now come here for all urgent pet needs and have converted my cat’s care here (who has a special condition) as the primary care provider. I live a little under a hour away so that shows my faith in the quality of care provided. I fully trust the doctors and know they aren’t going to run up the costs for any unnecessary tests. Vet bills are expensive enough! There can be a long wait time as they do triage for emergency situations, even if you have an appointment. That is exactly the right thing to do! The staff and medical team has always been very kind and supportive. These folks work in high stress situations and provide excellent care.

My experience here recently was not the best. The lack of compassion and major attitude from most of the staff was sad especially in a moment so heartbreaking for me to have to say goodbye to my animal. The only person who showed kindness was the doctor. He explained things in detail and gave me the space and time needed to say my final goodbye to my fur baby. Working with animal must be hard but also a career where compassion and empathy is needed. To the staff that were rude and unkind I hope you may find healing you greatly need. I would not recommend coming here.

Please keep your pets away from this place. I was turned away when my dog ate chicken bones as they said it wasn’t an emergency. I highly recommend Corona Animal Emergency Center. You will thank yourself afterwards.

I cannot recommend this vet. The service is poor. The technicians turn over constantly. They are poorly trained, not very helpful, and often plainly impolite. The service provide by the vets is mediocre and they won’t stop pushing and pressuring additional services via email, via text, and in person. The like to sell their own prescriptions at a huge mark up and resist sending the prescription so it can be filled elsewhere. Obtaining any kind of paperwork requires going through a “consultant” who charges a separate fee (in the hundreds of dollars). To force you into paying this, you will only find out that they require this intermediate consultant long after the appointment is made so you have no choice but to pay the insane charge. Stay away from this vet. The poor service is not in line with the exorbitant charges and upswell tactics.

Really frustrated. The female vet at this clinic guilted me into doing all these extra tests to make sure my cat could be seen. I was told ER hours were 7 to 7 on Saturday. showed up. At 7 am, Distraught because yes my cat was ill.after registering me theyHad me come back at 9am. Waited till 10:30am to be seen. Female vet was very condescending and rude.they made sure to charge me first. Had to wait till 11:30 before My cat could be seen. . She was running a fever and was dehydrated after $2,600 the female vet never took the time to give me the results on all the tests she had me pay for. I believe in courtesy, sad when you have vets that only care how much money they make you spend. If you are able and need help with your pet go somewhere else. I now have to wait till Monday to ask for results. Very frustrated. Grateful they took care of the hydrating and lowering the fever. Happy Mother’s Day.

Brought my puppy Luna here for her Spay. I didn't encounter any rudeness or anything unpleasant. The staff were all very friendly. Even at pick up when the girl was super busy and working alone she was still courteous and not rude. We will definitely use these guys again. Please try them for yourself before you believe any bad reviews.
