I went in to get my old iPhone 7 unlocked the first time I went in Brianna told me it was already unlocked when it wasn't. So I had to go back Diana was the one that helped me. It was supposed to be a simple request to unlock instead she did not know what she was doing and kicked me out of the account for 30 days. Then had the audacity to say I must of locked myself out. When I was telling her I have not tried to unlock it she was rude to me and kept rolling her eyes saying she didn't know what was going on but it wasn't her! The girls there are the most disrespectful and unhelpful I have ever witnessed in customer service. For the amount we pay for AT&T service they should train their staff in proper customer service etiquette and how to do there job properly to help customers.

If this is the ATTStore at the Tyler Galleria then I'm giving a shoutout to sales associate Jesse Kelly who was friendly, patient, knowledgable and pleasant. He answered specific questions about my iPhone8 and also the 'no service' issues I've experienced in parts of my home. He offered information with a kind pleasant temperament and made me feel appreciated and listened to. This kind of customer service is priceless. Much appreciated!
