So where do I start? Well, let’s see like all of us. I needed a new phone except for me. I work in Alaska and I left my phone outside in -20° weather. Therefore, my phone froze like a brick of ice. I only had a series 3 Apple Watch, that was given to me as a gift for my lovely wife enter San Diego after I’ve been gone for three months I go see Noel at AT&T I said Noel AT&T I need you to hook me up and that’s exactly what he did. Boy did he ever my man had my phone looking like it was black ops with all the bells and whistles with palm grabbers so they don’t fall out of your hand which I’m extending at the moment to actually use it Clips on a magnet therefore removal, Noel knows what the hell he’s talking about and the staff they’re absolutely amazing with that being said, I will attach some pictures of the shop you guys go see them he made buying a new iPhone such a breeze, the whole back up back down back left back right he did it all I am now leaving a review on my new telephone speaking into text to type Noel. Thank you so much sir and the whole staff at AT&T whatever address cause I can’t remember.

Went into this store location just for a new phone. Unfortunately, I ended up with AT&T Home Tech on my bill without asking for or approving it at $25 a month and a new phone. Do these sale associates get credit for this?

The door and website says they open at 9:00 am. I've been sitting here since 9:15. It is now 9:45 and no one is at the store yet.

We went in to upgrade one of our phones and the employee asked if we wanted to upgrade to the unlimited plan we both said no several times. When we were leaving we asked about the receipt and he said it would be emailed. We checked it and he had our plan without permission even after we said no multiple times. Make sure you check what they are doing before you checkout because they are going to charge you whatever they want anyway

As far as I'm concerned, this is the only AT&T store around in Riverside! These young men in there, Steve, Jesse and Aaron , they are very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. God bless them all.

Excellent service for Raul and especially Aaron Rubin who is so approachable, humble and quite patient. Kudos to you gentlemen. We left our old charger and a newly bought charger with Jesse a supervisor to test our earphones. Old charger and the box was in front of their keyboard before we left. When we went to pick up our chargers and earphones, the old charger is missing and Jesse keeps insisting that we only gave him one charger, then left. Quite rude as a supervisor with an attitudetoo.

I had a very good experience! I came in to trade in and buy a new phone, everything went smoothly and quickly. Jorge R was kind, friendly and was very patient with helping me understand everything.

They did not have what I needed, which is fine. I do feel like before any establishment says. "I'll be right with you," as they are assisting a customer, they should first ask. "What can we assist you with today?" THEN say. "We will be right with you " here is why. After they told me they would be right with me, I waited maybe 5 mins, then interrupted an associate and asked abiut a certain phone. They didn't have it. Now what if I had been waiting 30 mins only for them to tell me they didn't have it. Oh, and one associate went outside to the back to smoke a cigarette right in thr middle of helping. A customer. As I waited inside, he left the customer at least twice. Once I got to my car, I spotted him in the back behind the building smoking a cigarette. I have the picture in my other phone. He caught me taking a picture if him. I probably wouldn't have had to wait at all had he been tending to tye customer instead of sneaking off to smoke.

Noel at this location went above and beyond when other locations couldn't help me! His customer service was top of the line and he took his time to make sure my new phone setup went through smoothly. Great experience!

A Rated a 4 because I would have liked to know the different tiers of packages, I really wasn't given that option. It was assumed that I wanted the package that the salesperson selected. I was tired from travel & just wanted to get home, so I deferred. However, that's poor practice and I really expected better.

Does anyone at AT&T Corporate know that you have an employee, JORGE R. that is employed at AT&T Authorized Retailer, 3540 Riverside Plaza Dr. Suite 334, Riverside, CA 92506, Store No. PM20 (951) 684-1113, and he does not know how to properly install screen protectors for iPhones. When I went in this afternoon 08/28/2023 at 18:01:16 to get a replacement screen protector and asked if he could install it, he informed me that he doesn't do it very well and said, no! When i asked a co-worker if he could install it, his response was, "It's the representatives decision!" Please review your store surveillance cameras, I will be sending a very detailed and honest description of what transpired and you can verify it by the body language. This employee needs additional training and customer service experience. Thank you.
