Workers sitting inside playing on there phone including the security guard. the hours are 10 -7 closing time. I got there at 6:15 p.m Dec 6 Sundays wat kind of business is this. Gives me another reason to switch providers.At&t sucks!! Worse place Worst place ever. I can never pay my bill in cash. They should get a machine, lazy employees

JD was amazing, my sister and I came to upgrade our phones and let me tell you he went above and beyond. He was so patient and helpful. He transferred all my photos and contacts thank you JD.

I should have read the reviews before going to this place. I was lied to about my monthly payment. JD needs to find a new job because anything to do with customer service is not it for him.

It was my worst experience, their employee JD was very rude to me. And also when I asked to get bettrr help in case he is not sure about my problem, he told me he is amangar that was a lie because later I met the real manager- very frustrating experience. His behavior was so offensive.

Came to pay my bill today, was immediately greeted by JD, I asked him about adding a new line to my account, and let me tell you that JD took the time to review my account he discovered I was being over charged by $81 with the savings I was able to add a new line with iphone 15 pro max. I will be telling my friends and family to come see JD to get their phones with him.

I ? at&t. But it is expensive for one person even 2 lines. I wish at&t had unlimited plans for less than $60 + insurance coverage. Especially government assisted plans.
