Lorenzo the Manager was very rude and not helpful. I provided him all my information in attempts to help him provide me service however he behaved ignorantly and very rude. This behavior is unacceptable from a Manger. The day before I was greatly helped by Ernie and Mariah who were very kind. I was very hoping to make this my main store however after my encounter with Lorenzo the manager that will no longer be happening!

Ernesto helped me right of way. I went in to make a payment and mentioned to him about not being able to get into my account online. He resolved that issue for me. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

My Samsung 23 just died on me completely after 2 years went to get a new phone and I was PISSED!!! I clock in and out of work on my phone if I can no clock out I do not get paid so yeah I was MAD! But when I got there to this specific location on Limonite in Jurupa Valley Mariah was amazing she helped me out got me the BEST deal she was amazing!!!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!! Immediately!!!!! she deserves it she is so knowledgeable so sweet so calm she calmed me down she was absolutely the best hands down if you're going in that store look for her wait for her she's the best!!!! THANK YOU MARIAH!!!!

I do not recommend that place, the manager is an unpleasant, rude and racist person and I think that because we started talking in Spanish and I told my wife to go somewhere else and he even left the store to complain and the truth is I left him talking only I was coming with my family that is bad what bad service

I when to this store, around 3:40 pm and it was close..I call them to ask a what time they close he said at 7 pm soooo it was 3..I said I'm in front of the store about 10 minutes him never went to open the door.. hi said I'm on the back office.. really bad customer service..
