Don't know their own policy or process. Drove here to return item purchased at a different location. Guy said he cannot refund without receipt, even though u purchased using my account, because it wasn't a warranty item. He can only give ne store credit. I called the store I purchased from and they provided me with transaction number and said ANY store and refund.

Battery failed. Lopez checked it and said it failed. Jeremiah was arguing with Lopez about the battery. That was not a conversation that I should have been privy to. If you disagree with your colleague- have that conversation AFTER I leave and my business is handled. Very unprofessional- not to mention I had to pay more for a battery because you didn’t have the warranty battery anymore.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Would never ever EVER recommend this place. My elderly grandpa went in earlier today and was discriminated by an employee. My grandpa asked for a Spanish speaker and was rudely responded with "this is America we speak English". We didn't catch the name but awful representation of what customer service is about. (Older man) For Riverside being such a big Hispanic community it was uncalled for racist remarks to be said, especially when speaking multiple languages as an employee makes you more qualified to be hired for that same reason.. for customers who prefer/need it.
