I had an extremely upsetting experience at this location. The female hispanic employee with glasses was being openly flirtatious with my boyfriend while I was standing right there. I confronted her and explained that her behavior was disrespectful. Shortly after, a tall, very heavyset male hispanic employee — who said was her cousin — aggressively tried to push me out of the store while verbally insulting me. Once I was outside, he spit in my face in front of my two young children, ages 5 and 6. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant. Another employee had to physically hold him back because he got more aggressive when I told him I would be calling law enforcement for assault. The police were called, and the male employee quickly changed out of his work uniform and denied spitting on me when authorities arrived. The employees also refused to show officers the video recordings from the store and denied having access to them. A police report has been filed regarding this incident and district manager was contacted. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and no customer — especially one pregnant and with young children — should ever have to experience something like this . UPDATE: THE EMPLOYEE STILL WORKS THERE. Be careful if visiting this location because he is hostile. Currently looking into taking legal action.

The place has a lousy parking spots tends to be full and long lines for a very small spot .. the workers doesn't even have alot of knowledge on cars so they couldn't help much , thank God for chatgpt

I had the best service from Mark and Miguel.They are absolutely incredible gentlemen's I'm in customer service as well and I pride myself on giving the best service to everyone of my clients and never have I received that in return until today.I highly recommend this auto zone for anything and everything you need.Thank you Auto Zone Corporation for having individuals like Mark and Miguel working for you.Service was a 10/10.Best service I have ever received.Thank you.

Thank you to Nico! I was there on 6/7/25. He went out of his way to help me and several others. I realize it made service slower, but I will be loyal to a business that really helps customers! Auto Zone should be proud of his work ethic.

8:30 at nite, going out of town, one headlight out, freaking out-go to Autozone, walked in and was greeted by David P, who was more than happy to help, he located the item, and installed it and waited to make sure that it was road ready-patience, smile & concern the whole time-he not once made me feel as if I was bothering him. I will definitely be going to that autozone again! Thank you David P.
