I am so disappointed in Banfield. I have been bringing my pets for 9 years. During Covid, the appointments became drop off. I made an appointment for comprehensive exams for each of my dogs and they were rescheduled to accommodate something with the vet. At my rescheduled appointment, I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:15 appointment. I went into a room at 2:25. I then waited without anyone giving me an update until 3:05 at which time I stepped out and requested an update. I was told the vet and assistant were with a pet and would be 10-15 minutes. The vet came in at 3;30. I think this location is understaffed. They could have let me know why it was taking and how long. Drop off is not convenient but this waiting is worse. I get that there sick pets in the back but we also matter. I have the full coverage plan that also has dental. It has never been this bad. I do like the vet, assistant and front desk staff, however the protocol needs to be addressed.

I have come to find that each location is different. I am very pleased with many locations and the passion for prevention. I have become more aware of things my dogs and cats can get.

Took my dog in for symptoms that could either be parasitic or liver related. Both time sensitive. I was asked to drop my dog off and when I picked him up was given a dewormer. No veterinarian to answer questions. I provided a stool sample and haven’t received a call for the past week. My dog still has the same symptoms and have placed two calls and one email with no response. That visit cost $136.00. Unless your dog is healthy and just going for checkup I do not recommend Banfield.

Unfortunately I've fallen for their scams. They have Terrible service. Agonizingly Long wait times, & they hardly ever answer their phone. It can be pretty difficult to get ahold of them. They definitely up charge every little thing. I wish I had looked around and compared prices. I Payed about 655 for my 4 MONTH old kitten to be neutered not including medications or the cone. I could have definitely gone to any other place for much cheaper but I truly did not know better. I've also enrolled in their wellness plan so that I could afford the surgery. The down payment alone could have covered his surgery and meds at another clinic. (170.00 just for the down payment) but I'm stuck with the contract and pay 70 monthly for about a year or so to finish paying for the plan. So if you're looking for affordable quality care, look elsewhere because its not here. (:

I was a previous customer due to my dog having reoccurring ear infections. In which they would treat it, and a month later, it would return. They did everything they could from drops to plucking even antibiotics. But they always returned. Which is no big deal. I'm not criticizing the care my pet received. I am, however, going to mention that for the past 3 years, how much I've been overpaying. WOW! Every single took my pet here I would pay anywhere from 400 to 1000 dollars. To treat a ear infection. I just went to Perris Animal Hospital and only had to pay $107 for the EXACT same treatments. I'm flabbergasted. I was even able to get in within 2 days of calling the vet in Perris. I would HIGHLY recommend not going here u less you like to be ripped off and be over charged.

Have used Banfield Pet Hospitals across the country and the last two experiences I had at this location were miserable. Do not recommend.

Never waste your time getting a plan for your pet with this people. They don't give a rats ass about you OR your pet. They NEVER answer the phone (no matter what time of day) are extremely unprofessional and always lose pet records. They never have answers to give you and always disregard scheduled appointment times you are given which is extremely inconvenient for you, your pet and other clients.

This place is a constant web of they have no clue what they are doing and I fear for my pet. My pet was involved in an accident where we were hit by a truck. Her anxiety is at a peak and I booked with banfield since this is where we have taken her to get all her vaccines and primary vet care as a puppy. We even gave a vaccine appointment in a few weeks to renew her shots. During the appointment I spoke to the vet about anxiety medication and my dog's symptoms and we agreed this was a good plan for her and put her on fluoxetine (prozac) which is a CONTINUED USE MEDICATION. you cannot just stop giving it to your dog and they come 30 in a bottle and just to see an effect you need atleast 1.5 bottles over the course of 4-6 weeks. So obviously tjey have refilled it in the past. I have been refilling for MONTHS our accident happened in January with no issue. The bottle has always said no refills and I never questioned it because I obviously don't know the inner workings of Banfield. I go, I pay for the medication, they give it to me. Done. This time a vet tech tells me it says no refills and I can't. I was told I would hear back from the vet once permission was granted to continue this medication that my dog can't just run out of. I call them this morning and the run around commences. As a pet guardian not being able to get medication that is daily use reliably is concerning. It shows they don't consider your animals welfare in the slightest. I will not be giving them another exam fee for something they messed up on because I respectfully will not leave my anxious dog with a vet that is not fear free for hours on end.
