I stopped banking with Bank of America because money was missing from my account. I don’t trust them at all.

I've been with B of A for over 50 years but the customer service has become so bad that I'm now looking for another bank to move my accounts to. Today I went to the Canyon Crest branch to make a withdrawal that exceeded what the ATM could dispense. Stood in line behind 4 other people for 20 minutes but the ONE teller was still trying to help the first customer. When asked if they could open another window the only answer was "sorry but we are short handed". Note that there were at least 5 other employees coming and going inside the bank apparently doing nothing (the only customers were in line with me). So I left after 20 minutes. I went to the Mission Grove branch and walked in and was delighted to see one teller helping a customer and nobody else in line. As I walked up to the beginning of the line a young lady approached and asked what I needed help with. I told her that I needed to withdraw more than the ATM could dispense and she said "sorry but we don't have any tellers right now". I pointed to the teller helping a customer and she said something like "that is a special transaction". I told her I needed some of MY money from MY account and she pointed to a couple of customers sitting in chairs and said that they were waiting for the same thing and that if I wanted to wait I could give her my name and have a seat and wait. Just to make sure I was hearing things correctly I said "you mean I now have to make an appointment to withdraw MY money from MY account?" She apologized and again said they were short of tellers. So it is clear that B if A does NOT appreciate customers enough to have even a single teller available for walk in customers. Note that in BOTH branches there were plenty of employees (I saw 5 in one branch and 4 in the other) who were walking around not doing anything obvious. But there was nobody to help me get my money when I needed it. I'm done with B of A. For the first. 30 years they were a good bank with good customer service. Now they are terrible. Don't put your money here if you ever want to make a withdrawal in person!

One of the ATMs took a 7k cash deposit from me and said it was only $300. Wouldn't return my money. Ib been calling all day to the bank and no one picks up. It says everyone is busy and then goodbye and doesn't even give me the option to leave a message. They are busy. Busy stealing people's money.

David the manager was unprofessional when I wanted to ask him something. Instead he just rudely said we’re closed I can’t help you and proceeded to close the door in my face. I understand policies and procedures but a little common courtesy would have been nice especially from the financial center manager.

They have about 10 windows but only 2 people working at them. Always in line it seems like forever. The other workers walking around are never able to assist me either; but they always ask how they can help. Hire more people to work those 10 windows please. That's how you can help me.

Not the most helpful bank and will never be a client ever again. Multiple steps to ensure you are charged ever step of the way. Rather go with a credit union at this point. Bank had lots of parking, that’s the only plus.

Nasty bank. It should be renamed Bank of NOT America horrible staff attitude all around I have been a customer for 36 years and these days this bank is at its lowest level. Since most other branches are closed we had to visit this one three times in one week and each time staff was uncooperative and intentionally made us uncomfortable so that we stay away and not go in, since we were told over the phone to go inside a branch for making a payment staff Erica just stood at the entrance counter not even acknowledging us and refused to make a three minutes phone call to main office also falsely informed us that the teller had access to the payoff amount and then the teller told us she does not have access and that our payment will be posted in 24 hours which was false everyone is just giving run around a form of harrassment, during another visit teller wasargumentative and manger Sandy sarcastically rolling her eyes had a smirk on her face as she walked away after refusing to help her condescending attitude explains staff's poor demeanor, in another incident teller refusing to deposit a cashier's check which was endorsed by the payee and our account even had more funds than the amount on this cashier'scheck making every effort to keep customers out and again manager did not wanted to help. The only decent person is the security guard outside who opens the door for customers and I am certain he is not a bank employee and then you enter this hell hole, I believe this BOA has a cluster of incompetent staff top to bottom.

I visited this location on April 7, 2022. I felt welcomed, heard, and extremely grateful for my entire experience. The security guards, David the manager, and Juanita were all so friendly. David was attentive and mindful of my time. Juanita was efficient and very helpful. I definitely recommend! In fact, during my visit, I overheard another customer stop and shared with the manager that her experience was amazing too. I hope she took the time to complete a review and survey.

I saw the door being held open for every individual and group with gratitude, not just by security. The management and bank tellers are clear with giving great care and customer support to all with even making sure elderly is having a chance to sit down and saved a spot in line. The temple was moving positive flow.

Horrible customer service. Stopped my temporary card without confirming I had received new card. Zero communication when they stopped access to temporary card. Teller was rude, refused to place the hundred dollar bills in an envelope, refused to release my money until I observed her run the bills through a counter... that I couldn't see. I'm legally blind.

The line of people is out of the back door, only two tellers working. This is how it is most of the time. I'll be here for a hour before I'm done. This is horrible. Bank of America is not taking care of there customers

This was a bad customer service from a Employee who completely was rude to a family member of mine. Today on 8/10/21 my mother went to do a withdraw from her EDD card and the teller ask if she knows her pin. Mother says yes and teller informed her in a rude manner. "Don't you know we have ATM machines outside the building?" The reason why my mom went inside to withdraw is to avoid another Fraud transaction due to hackers. Who ever the teller was should be ashamed of his or her actions. Bank tellers are supposed to treat customers with dignity and respect. That bank teller crossed the line and should be held accountable for his or her actions. Maybe more Training. I'm a current Customer of Bank of America and if I was treated like that too with rudeness. Like that teller was acting like a punk. I would shut my account down and do banking with another bank that treat customers with dignity and respect. So please don't let this repeat again. Or I'll do banking at another bank to avoid rudeness like that so my mother and I won't go through another event like that. Again.
