Walked in to withdraw denomination's not available at the atm on Saturday only to see what everyone always comments, one teller helping customers and the lady in the lobby not really showing a care in the world just standing at her island station, no smile, no greeting, no care for people in line. 20 mins waiting in line and finally another girl finally opens up her window with a checked out attitude and no name tag (teller #6 per the receipt) Get it together BofA.

My mom was told she could bring me in on a walk in basis to figure out a lock box. When we walked in there was about 4 people in line. My mom had previously been told it was as quick as showing an ID and signing a document to get set up as a co-owner. According to Dora "do you staffing we couldn't be seen today or tomorrow". She was very polite about telling us she couldn't help us without an appointment. 90% of the customers have an appointment apparently. Which we understand, that being said maybe BofA needs to staff appropriately. My mom is retired. She lives in Mexico most of the time. She explained this to Dora at which point she told us come back with appointment again before marching off. Thanks a lot for nothing Dora. It's nice to work in a field where walking around with an iPad gives you a little authority. I understand a busy day. But I also understand having empathy. 5 minutes out of your day could have changed the whole experience. Happy Holidays Dear.

I stop by this location frequently because the one near my house has been shut down since the pandemic started. The tellers here are always efficient but do the bare minimum of customer service. Makes you want to ask the teller, is everything okay? Lack of personality and appreciation for ones business will have you voting for dealing with only ATMs or taking your business elsewhere so you can feel the appreciation. The tellers business card showed a name Alyssa Hamilton. Put a smile on Alyssa!

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with a bank. By far the most unpleasant people in Riverside. Starting with the clerk Alyssa to both of the managers who kept giving me the wrong information. NIGHTMARE ON ALESSANDRO

Deposited a large amount of cash inside with the teller. She deposited the money into the wrong account, the branch is closed on weekends, customer service said it is a branch issue they cannot resolve and that I would have to wait until Monday the 3rd to go into the branch. Today is the 1st and rent is due and I'm being told that There is nothing they can do about the mistake. Been wanting to close this account for years and now wishing i would've.

This is the WORST BRANCH on the planet, they closed it down to cut costs and blame it in Covid, SHANE ON THEM!! Holding our money hostage, terrible customer service and only caring about their bottom line!!

I hate to leave any bad reviews, that being said, this is the absolute worst bank. If you have to wait 30 minutes in line because there are only two tellers for a line almost to the door and the employees were nice it would be a different story. I would side with the employees and just say bad scheduling, but not so much the employees are just as bad. Sorry but the customer service at this place is anything but customer service.

Terrible branch. Long wait times. 30 minutes plus. Only 1 or 2 tellers at a time. On top of the long wait times they are very chatty at the window. When you have a long line please move the customer through quickly. Don't ask about weekend plans etc.

Went in Saturday expecting long lines and to my surprise as I walked in no lines one person in front of me. They had two tellers and I was in and out quick. Couldnt believe it. It was quick and convenient. Teller was very nice and courteous.
