Seriously, sick of this bank! I don’t ask for much or very needy but when I do no one can help or give what’s needed. The few times I’ve been in there it’s not busy and workers are just standing around and talking . If I want to dispute something they should do as I ask (THE CUSTOMER) not throw the work elsewhere or onto me, someone that has hardly anytime to be running through hoops just to get a solution. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND RUDE ANSWERS. This is not the first instance where they have been rude to me. So don’t waste your time and energy with them. Im closing my account.

Always great service: It is so rare in today's business atmosphere that you find a group of people that are always personable and helpful. I've banked with large banks and small banks, but the team at the Banner Bank in Riverside are the best I've experienced. I have both my personal and business accounts. The best bank around.

If I can give zero star that would be great because this bank at Arlington locations do not have a good customer service at all. The Spanish girl name Jesica is very rude and she is (assistant manager )she have a very bad attitude and so I asked for her manager which is the agent girl and guess what ? She is rude too!! The team in that location did not know how to run their business. Just because you think you know better at your job but you didn’t give a good customer service and you don’t take the time to listen to your customer needs to say. I know is that they had only 10 reviews from the time they been in business in that location. My friends had to close their account because how bad their customer services. We had been banking with that bank for a long time but now we will be banking somewhere else.

The absolute worst banking institution I have ever dealt with. Communication is horrific on their best days. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. You get different information depending on who you speak to. I opened an account online, and the account was subsequently closed because of a clerical error. Was I informed? No! I speak to someone and follow their instructions to reopen the account. The account is reopened. However, when I try to establish online banking, I was blocked. I called online support who instructed me to contact the branch. I called the branch only to be told that they are closing my account, again! They told me it should not have been reopened by the person who reopened it. Wow! This occurred in a two week period. Please be aware that I am trying to open an account and deposit money. I have several hundred thousand dollars deposited in a couple of different institutions for various reasons. I deal with banks/credit unions/investment firms all the time. I have never had a difficult time. Banner Bank is the worst banking institution I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

Disappointed won't say much just you will know they separate rich from poor take care of the wealthy and step on the poor with fees when they are supposedly fee's free.

i has a very bad experience with this branch !! i wish i hadn't open this account ever , very rude customer service , the (Alison girl) was like a ROBOT without any sense of customer service , and let me not start with so- called !! manager (jade ) . i will close my account , cause there is a lot of good bank with way better customer service .
