As a former banter piercing pagoda employee I’m disappointed to say my experience wasn’t all well. Going in I knew exactly what I wanted, I chose the earrings I wanted for my daughter and got rung up. Everything was going well until I asked the older lady who was doing my daughters piercings if she could double check my daughters ear dot placements with another employee. She responded with “I’ve been working here longer”. Everyone has different opinions on where earrings should go and i simply wanted reassurance they were in the correct spot, so I asked again and she had another employee come check them out. As the piercing was done she proceeded to push the back of the earrings in instead of pushing the ball of the earring back and leaving the space needed to properly clean. Very disappointing.

Great service from the manager Sylvia! She was knowledgable and took time with me to show me different styles of nose piercing posts and how they work. Super friendly. Thank you!

Don't shop at Banter. Especially this location. Sylvia the manager is rude and does not follow the refund policy. She denied my husband a refund and acted innocent when I called customer service and they called her to see what was going on. Not only that, but when we first purchased the items, the extended warranty was added without our knowledge. Customer service was helpful because we were able to get our refund but Sylvia made it a complicated process.
