literally beyond awful. the employees treat everyone like thieves the second you walk into the store. you legitimately cannot even walk around and smell candles without having at least two people staring or following you but god forbid you ask a question. they don't participate in the sales they advertise on their signs and app and if you ask them if a sale is still going on you get pure attitude and eye rolls for asking them anything. one stood in front of a display i was trying to reach and when i said "excuse me, could i get past you really quick?" the girl rolled her eyes, glared at me, and refused to move. i walked out and recommend you all do the same.

How are you going to close the store 3 days before Christmas just because the AC is broken. Turn off half of the 200 lights in the store and only let a few customers in at a time if it's that hot.

My auntie and I went for a quick trip at the Bath and body works here at the Tyler mall. And we were very much satisfied with the service. We got so much help and she was able to get her last minute. Christmas gifts for her call workers this christmas! This was the most crowded store on a Thursday evening . It was so surprising, but nevertheless they had 5 people working the cashiers. So that made the line go very smoothly!

I had the pleasure of shopping at Bath and Body Works on Candle Day Friday, December 1, 2023 at Galleria at Tyler Mall in Riverside. The staff there were super amazing in answering all my questions and helping me with my purchases and free gift. Shout out to Manager Tiffany and Associates Enza, Kristy, Xavier and Hannah! They did a wonderful job during this busy sale as the Store was packed. I highly recommend Bath and Body Works at this location. You’ll receive A1 Service from start to finish with a smile!!!

Sometimes they have your fave candle...sometimes they dont...but seeing the workers servicing their customers trying hard to help them is their strong suit here. Had to take off two stars...one for them not having my fave candle as it was just sold out and two for having a gift card and after 10 dollars instead of asking the customer do they want the cash back or back onto the card they chose for me 3 times. Now I have 3 dollars on the card and not much else to do with it. Been waiting for 2 dollar lotion days but I asked for the money in cash since it was a gift card and was told we can do it if you purchase something else...that should never be told to a customer that just already purchased something and before I got a chance to say give the rest in cash she acts just like the other two like it can only go back on the card. The cash register prompts you to ask and the workers are just click click clicking their way through all the prompts because they are overwhelmed and they is a line out the door. Please actually use the 4 cash registers. People shouldn't have to wait 15-20 mins in line just because yall only have two open. Used to be my fave store that I used to purchase sooo many gift cards for people. When I get my check to go Black Friday shopping...I may miss them this year.

The staff are super helpful and accommodating, especially when trying to figure out the labyrinth of coupons inside their app. The room sprays, and matching candles are my go-to's, but their mini lotions come in... handy, too.

Love the foaming soaps...I won't use anything else in my house! They do have a couple sinks in the store so you can try different scents to find your favorites.

I use to love Bath and BodyWorks but the multiple recent experiences by the same store and same manager named Rosemary, reveals that this company is ok with a rude, discrimanatory person representing their company. To sum it up, she picks and chooses who she wants to help and they are definitely not people of color. She blatantly tells you that she can care less for your loyalty to the company, she has liberty to do what she chooses to do and its to not help you! She refused to give me the number to customer service, until I asked if she knew it, she said , "yes, I know it” so why didn’t she just give me the number upon customer request? That proves that she is nasty and is attempting to sabotage Bath and BodyWorks. She stated that she doesn’t work for corporate she works for Galleria Bath and Body Works. Rosemary had a nonchalant attitude when I explained that I work hard for my money and if a company was going to mistreat me I will take my funds somewhere else. She welcomed me to do so! She is a terrible representative of your company and I shouldn’t have to go out of my way so to avoid her and go to another Bath and Body Works store, outside of my community because she is so nasty! She is narcissistic and is blatantly prejudice!Bath and Body Works please fix this because soon you will be pleading for customers to return! I will not be spending my money in your store. You lost a customer. Plus, this could be a blessing in disguise because as I was sharing my terrible experience (word of mouth) I was informed by a stranger your products are poisonous hormone disruptors according to your safety data sheet!

I have been a loyal customer since Bath & Body Works came out. My wife love the lotions and it has become a gift staple for birthdays, Mother’s ’s day , Valentines day and Christmas. Over the years I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at your establishment and I had been very pleased.Unfortunately, one day I had a hiccup at the bath and body store in Riverside, Ca. The manager, Rosemary, treated me like I was a criminal. She egregiously didn’t care about my loyalty to the company as her mannerisms revealed as she shrugged her shoulders that I could go somewhere else! She is a terrible representative of your company I called customer service and as a result I was apologized to and given free merchandise coupons.Today, I went into the store to exchange some lotions that didn’t hold there fragrance. I also had 6 other lotions to purchase. Rosemary, in a stoic manner, stated, “I remember you!” I proceeded to explain my return and she hesitantly picked them up, like the bottles were diseased and looked at them (some were full and some were halfway full). She immediately said that she couldn’t take them back, credit them nor even exchange. Basically, I was stuck with faulty products that lacked fragrance!Rosemary embarrassed me and it felt like she was paying me back for calling customer service.I work hard for my money and will not continue to support a business who allows maleficent individuals represent them. Rosemary is prejudice and she knows what she is doing because she was very comfortable telling me to go somewhere else. I’m pretty certain that she has done this to other customers of color.Bath and Body Works, you lost a loyal customer!

Manager is very polite and understanding. But my 1 star is towards the customer service on the floor. Super rude and unprofessional. Ronata specifically needs customer service training.
