Ben Clymers Body Shop went above and beyond to repair my Toyota Highlander after I was hit. My car looks brand new. My consultant Edgar kept me informed on what was going on and when it would be ready....even asked if I had any more questions or concerns before I left. This place is very organized and professional.

Had my 2023 Rivian break the panoramic roof glass. I was worried about taking it anywhere but Rivian for repairs, but my insurance assured me Ben Clymers would take care of it and they are certified with Rivian. From the minute I got there working with Alexander was great. He gave me an honest timeline for the repair, knowing parts are difficult to get. He kept in contact with me as they were ordered and when it was ready. He spent time discussing the repair during pickup. Just an all around good guy that loves what he does. Will bring my other vehicles here from now on when needed!

Edgar was absolutely so experienced, knowledgeable, and very polite. He worked so hard and went out of his way to get our car back as soon as possible. Always keep us updated on the process which very nice and also helped us to be patient while we waited for the car to be done. Once it was done the car was washed and explained to us what was done to the car. I highly recommend this body shop. We will be back and will recommend to family and friends.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Ben Clymers, particularly in my interactions with Alex Jaimes. Recently, I brought my vehicle to your establishment for repairs after it was damaged by a towing company. Mr. Jaimes assisted me in obtaining an estimate for the repairs, during which he informed me that authorization from my insurance adjuster was necessary. Upon contacting my adjuster and receiving approval for the repair of the back door, I was shocked to learn that Mr. Jaimes refused to adjust the estimate accordingly. Even more concerning was Mr. Jaimes's insistence that I pay out of pocket for the repairs and color matching, claiming that a new estimate would only be provided once the car was in the repair process. This practice is both misleading and unacceptable, as I have never encountered such a requirement in any previous dealings with automotive repair services. Furthermore, I was appalled to discover that someone from Ben Clymers contacted my insurance adjuster, falsely stating that I had agreed to pay out of pocket. This not only caused unnecessary confusion but also resulted in my adjuster feeling misled and frustrated by the misinformation provided by your establishment. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and clarify the situation, I received no response from Mr. Jaimes or any other representative from Ben Clymers. The lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns only added to my disappointment and frustration with your company. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by the deceptive practices and poor customer service I experienced at Ben Clymers. It is my hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that other customers do not encounter similar treatment in the future. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with your establishment, and while my experience was less than satisfactory, I noticed a pattern in your follow-up procedures. It seems that Ben Clymers only takes the time to solicit reviews from customers who provide them with a rating of 5 stars. Unfortunately, this practice neglects the valuable feedback from customers who may have rated their experience lower or left a negative review. As a customer who believes in the importance of constructive criticism and transparency, I find this approach to be disheartening. Every customer's experience, regardless of their rating, should be acknowledged and respected. By only seeking feedback from those who give high ratings, Ben Clymers may be inadvertently disregarding opportunities for improvement and failing to address areas of concern that could ultimately enhance customer satisfaction. I urge you to reconsider this selective review solicitation practice and instead embrace feedback from all customers, regardless of their rating. By doing so, Ben Clymers can demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and a genuine dedication to providing exceptional service to all patrons. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns.
