They close at 830 but yet they lock the door before 830 and don't allow any one in. What's the point of closing times?

Awesome place for fitness supplies .Nice spot for kids to go get what they need for any type of sport. I definitely give this place 5 stars. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Awesome job guys keep up the good work.

Overall good experience between the staff being helpful and finding what I needed. Good place for Carhartt and similar branded (Dickies, wolverine)work wear. Plus it's always a good idea to see what's on the clearance rack even though that one can be a bit disorganized.

Small store, packed with virtually all the sports equipment you could ask for, well, not everything but close. You even get your fishing license here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service I was purchasing water shoes. I politely asked if I could use the restroom only to pee as I had been on the freeway driving from Orange County to Riverside they would not allow me to use the bathroom although I was a purchasing customer not just somebody walking in and asking to use the restroom. I first asked the employee that was walking around and he said they didn’t have a bathroom, so I politely asked if they could ask the supervisor if I could, please use the restroom really quick, he said no, he could not, and walked away. The service at the desk was not any better. She instead asked me to go to Ross next-door and asked to use their bathroom. A store I am not shopping at ! I quickly paid to get the hell out of there.The employee only said have a good day after she realized I was upset she very sarcastically yelled have a good day. I would never come to the store again and I agree with other reviews on here on their dismissive behavior and bad customer service.

The two employees at the register were very dismissive and snobby, it was like as though they didn’t want to help me as a customer. However the watch was great!!! I love big 5… it’s unfortunate that some of the employees are dismissive.
