I went to Big Lots on November 30, 2023. Let me tell you, Jamar was SUPER HELPFUL! I came to Big Lots to buy a new dresser drawer and luckily they had the one I liked in stock. Jamar came over with a dolly and wheeled it to my car. Unfortunately it didn’t fit in my trunk and he gave me some suggestions as to what I should do. He even brought a measuring tape and measure the size of the sample dresser and my trunk to see if we can take it out the box and load it in like that! Jamar if you see this, thank you for all your help today! You were super helpful!

This store has the rudest manager she is unwilling to help or go out her way to listen to her customers do not go to this store or order over the phone. I had a purchase to be delivered I paid for delivery and she wouldn't release my order to be delivered.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! First off, the door to the entrance was locked and an employee let us in through the exit door. I told her “you guys should put a sign on the door to let customers know” and she completely ignored me. Fast forward to checkout- I needed to verify the price of one of my items and it rang up a different price than what was displayed on the shelf. When my mom and I told the cashier that the price displayed on the shelf was different, he asked us if we checked the SKU#. We let him know that we did not. He then asked his manager if he could go check the price and she said “make it quick.” He then asked us which aisle the item was on. I told him the aisle with all the baking supplies. He proceeded to just stare at me as if I worked there and I was supposed to know the aisle. At that point I didn’t want to spend my hard earned money at this store so we left our items there and left the store. The employees weren’t concerned with helping us at all. We won’t ever be returning to this store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We bought a sectional and have had issues from the get go. We originally scheduled a delivery and paid for it. They use a janky delivery company from L.A. and the didn't show up to deliver the couches. We confirmed with the store and they said no one ever showed up to pickup the items. We also had to find a friend with a trucl to help us deliver the couches. When we got home with the items, we got two of the same sides of the sectional. When we called the manager was less than helpful and seemed to not care about the issue. I had to threaten corporate to get the it we PAID fo. Don't waste your time at this store. Unprofessional and rude staff that don't care to help and show good customer service

Don't buy the furniture!!! I purchased a sofa and loveseat last year the armrest is breaking up and feels like cardboard ? this should be against the law!! $2,000 gone. The only solid thing about this set is the fabric and cushions. The frame is trash!!

The store workers seem to have a lot of time on their hands and could price the items but I guess they prefer to return the items after checking them at the front. Improvement on customer service by the team lead could be more friendly.

Big lots used to be the place to go for deals and stuff. Lately its just a bunch of cheap stuff and anything thats remotely cool is ridiculously overpriced. I dont see big lots sticking around much longer unless they start selling Deloreans ??♂️

I was at the store today, first time, a lot of Christmas products did not have a price, I spotted a nice Christmas arch and no price, as an employee was passing by, I asked her is she knew the price, she answered no and walked away, I was in disbelief, is she was properly trained, her answer would've been, I don't but let me find it out for you, I stood there in shock for a few minutes then asked another employee for a Manager, 20 min passed by and a Manager never showed up, I did call corporate and made a complaint, is a person is not prepared to work in retail, please don't, I was not rude at all, all I wanted was a price check.

WoW! I had a great time shopping in this store yesterday!!It was especially amazing to see so much really cool and unique furniture! Most of it was from BroyHill furniture, which is now owned by the Big Lots corporation.The prices on most of their merchandise was competitive with the other big stores and they have great layaway plans.They also had treats from other countries, animal food, Electronic equipment, cleaning supplies, canned and boxed foods, (mostly name brands), Halloween candy, cosmetics, candles, soaps, appliances, (they used to be reconditioned), Hair products, Drinksyou name it!If you take about $150.00 you will walk out with a basket full of stuff!
