terrible service the lady known as "Jessica Sanchez" which she claimed to be did not want to exchange an emergency service program wifi router for the money in which the emergency program said it would exchange for and I'm in a state of emergency with no food and I'm special needs. terrible lady ?

The lady only sold me the cell phone with lies, she told me that she was going to help me with contacts, she assured me that she would help me and Altumio did not help me, she almost ran me off the Earth, terrible service and they charge $35 for activation, it is a robbery and not help.
