The staff was helpful and friendly. I was looking for Levi 501's but they only have a very small selection, they are more of a Wrangler store. I like the way Wranglers fit but they wear out to quickly so I prefer Levi jeans

I am upset to leave a one star review for boot barn but after the experience I’ve had today with Olga was unacceptable. I bought a pair of $300 boots a month ago that came out defective. I explained to her the situation she took it upon herself to look at all my purchases and returns all the way back to 2018. I’ve always done business with boot barn. She even told me that next time to take my boots back to the location I originally purchased them because they are a small store never had this type of experience, but I will be contacting corporate and bringing this up to them

Cassy was super helpful with my issue of boots fraying after one day of use, helping me get an exchange for another pair of boots ordered to the store here by tyler.

I can say they do have a selection and cute stuff. Customer Service is not all that great. There was several employees and the only one that acknowledged and asked if we needed help was Lorena. Other than that, other employees acted like we was not in there. I did find what I was looking for. I did have questions especially it being my first time there. It was a little pricey though and you got to pay attention to the boots some will have scratches more than others.

I felt very discriminated against, I was ready to pay standing in front of the cash register and the cashiers in front of me ignoring me and when they finally finished talking and making jokes among themselves, one of them named Gracie asked me if I was ready knowing that I had already been there for a while. stop, her attitude was very arrogant and rude, in the end I preferred not to buy anything and look for a better place where Racist people do not serve

The boots that i order, when they arrive to the store, where use, they have scratches, dirt on the sole, hair inside the boot and a rip on one sole, the employee Gracie was really rude and bad attitude, just because i told her that i believe someone returned those boots because they weren't even in their original box and they look old and i wouldn't gonna take them like that... I can understand that someone return them in that conditions and try to resell them but Gracie's attitude is unacceptable and thanks to her I'll never going back to that store....

I had high hopes coming in. Unfortunately costumer service was not the best. It got very uncomfortable very quick. It's a pick and choose who the workers are nice to. I was around other costumer who they would ask if they needed any help, they would pass by me and nothing. My mom was with me and she wanted to use the restroom and she was on her way , a worker told her one was busy and the other one that was vacant was not working.Time passed and she tried again, a worker was coming out of the "out of service" restroom and my mom asked if she can use it and she said of course. So of course thank you to her.I know its something simple to get upset about. Just made it seem like she just didn't want to let her use the other restroom just because.As a costumer please be aware of how you treat others.
