I had high hopes coming in. Unfortunately costumer service was not the best. It got very uncomfortable very quick. It's a pick and choose who the workers are nice to. I was around other costumer who they would ask if they needed any help, they would pass by me and nothing. My mom was with me and she wanted to use the restroom and she was on her way , a worker told her one was busy and the other one that was vacant was not working.Time passed and she tried again, a worker was coming out of the "out of service" restroom and my mom asked if she can use it and she said of course. So of course thank you to her.I know its something simple to get upset about. Just made it seem like she just didn't want to let her use the other restroom just because.As a costumer please be aware of how you treat others.

Worse customer service ever who says this boots smell why make a comment bout bagging some boots nd saying let’s bag this boot because they smell the embarrassment I felt and I just bought it right now for that girl who said that dat was embarrassing and to the other male worker eyeing me like I’m going to run or something making me feel uncomfortable won’t ever come to this store ever again I read the reviews nd though it was fake but nah man the customer service here sucks the joyful of coming into a store nd not be harassed by the employees hopefully management steps in

Decent store a bit over stuffed sometimes and stag is good but could be a touch more attentive. Between myself and my spouse we have bought 4 pairs of Ariats and 2 pair of Double H for work so for a decent shopping experience hit them up for your western wear

Had the best shopping experience there. Aubree was awesome and helped me with boots and jeans and top. She knew the styles of the boots and I chose a square toe boot. The Ariat boots are comfortable. I definitely will shop there again.

i like boot barn this place has alot of genuine real leather the prices are a-bit high but the iteams youll get will last you for alot of years love bootbarn

if I can give negative stars I would this store is HORRIBLE absolutely horrible customer service they need more training or customer service is not for them I do not recommend anyone to shop in this location I made this account just for this complaint

I'd not been to this store in Riverside before. Walk3d in got greeted right away. Staff was looking sharp and ultra friendly. I walked in knowing what I wanted. First thing to know, lots of options once you see the selection. I was looking at Ariat, Durango, Llama and Brothers. Decisions... the struggle was real. A very nice young lady names Diana was awesome. She talked me around quality, durability and style. She gave me her personal opinion and that was the deciding factor. I wore my boots a couple of times and got good compliments on them. Diana, you are fantastic! If you're in the area, stop in! Staff here is super great!

This store unfortunately is WAY overstocked with merchandise!! So much so that you can hardly maneuver the store while shopping or really see what is there because it's SO in your face. We came in with a stroller and couldn't get down any of the isles because boots were lining the floor. There is absolutely no way a handicapped person in a wheelchair would be able to navigate this store. There were so many cowboy hats that they were stacked directly in front of the mirror you would use to see yourself in the hat. After I got the hat I purchased home I noticed it was misshapen, probably due to the amount of hats that were stacked on top of it. I came in the very next day to have it steamed and reshaped. When I inquired about reshaping, the female employee at the front simply told me they were too busy for that. Her demeanor conveyed that she simply wasn't interested in helping me at all! I just walked out and absolutely WILL NOT be shopping at this location ever again!

Rachel is a bad employee who is treats male customers better than female customers. I bought pants that were my size but ripped the day after I bought them. I called Murrieta and Norco and they said I can return them. I decided to call this one as it was the closest one to me to see if I could return them. Rachel answered and said no I cannot return them and that she could not help me. I have the receipt. Then I had my boyfriend call and she said that she could give him an exchange or a gift card. She did not offer that to me. Train your staff to be respectful of all customers. Do better.

I go to this store once a year for many years to buy work boots. Store staff is friendly and helpful but the manager is horrible and rude. Needed a price over ride because this store is overcharging people on boots. Website has it listed as one thing,this store is charging extra,(see enclosed picture of tag).when I asked why they wanted extra she said that's price we charge,well its not the price. It seemed painful for her to price match the website and not even the original tag price. I'll never go back again to this store.

This is the first time I go to this location and the last one! I bought a pair of boots and when I was in line, two ladies were in front of me checking out. I noticed the cashier ( which I believed it was the manager) was being very rude to the ladies. So when it was my turn, the cashier asked me for my phone number for points. I told her I didn't want the points and she got upset because I didn't want to give her my phone number. After I paid and when I was leaving I noticed that the price from the receipt was not the same from the tag so I came back to tell her. At that moment the lady that rung me up was leaving to the back so I asked Maria why I was getting charged more and she told me that price changed but they haven't updated tags on product. She called the manager for an override and refund me money. So she came in and guess who the manager was... well it was the rude lady that rang me up in the first place. She did not wanted me to do the refund for price difference until I gave her my phone number and name. I finally agreed to enroll to the points program even though I wasn't happy about it. She handed me a paper for my signature and when I tried to read what I was signing for, she rushed me to sign without reading. I am not coming back again, they need to change management because that is not customer service. I work in customer service every day and I know that sometimes we are not in the mood to be helping but a good worker knows how to put that away and serve the customers. The manager was very condescending and her attitude is HORRIBLE!
