Wanted to go to BoxLunch after work but it was closed because they were on break.. which really stinks because there aren't many times where I can make it out there due to my own schedule, and I'm unfortunately not going to wait around without knowing how long they'd been on break or when they'd be back. I would understand if you're shortstaffed, but is there only person working that you must close the store to go on break?

I love this store & the merchandise. I love the store manager Kiana & the staff, Yaritza, Michaela, Charlie, Faye, everyone is so nice & helpful. I'm always greeted by all staff & informed about the promos. I love that the staff are upbeat & it shows they enjoy working there & helping customers.

Came in today 2/16/25 to get a SpongeBob blanket I saw online. When I went to the SpongeBob section and they didn’t have it. I asked the woman at the front of the store ( didn’t catch her name) and she was so nice and found one in the back. In the checkout Faith was so sweet and helpful, and overall her customer service was so refreshing. Love this store!!
