I came in with my own material, hoping to have it added to the straps of a dress I brought in—and honestly, I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. But Lou and Amal completely understood my vision from the start. Not only did they listen carefully, they made thoughtful suggestions and executed everything flawlessly.

The attention to detail was incredible. They took their time to make sure the straps looked seamless and natural with the dress, and they adjusted everything so the dress fell exactly where I wanted it to. It genuinely felt like they cared just as much about the final result as I did.

When I tried the dress on after the alterations, I was honestly blown away. It fit perfectly and looked even better than I imagined. That kind of skill and care is rare.

“this location was actually a great place diamond in the ruff. they've been in business over 12 years great service and selection is unlimited since they did their own alterations so they can customize anything, like most places however this is in house. Values seems very reasonable they have great packages.”
