I rented a car here specifically because they are open on Sundays, allowing me to return the car without incurring an extra fee for keeping it until Monday. The online booking process was simple and straightforward.
Upon arrival at the location, I was shown the vehicle I requested from a distance and asked to start the rental process. When it was time to pay, I attempted to use my PayPal Credit Card (which is a Mastercard). However, the representative informed me that I couldn't use it without providing a clear reason, despite it being a major credit card. I then used my debit card without any issues, and the payment was processed smoothly.
I expected someone to do a walkthrough of the vehicle with me, but instead, I was handed the keys and allowed to leave. After getting into the car and driving a few miles, I discovered that the air conditioning didn't work properly. It blew warm air for 2-3 minutes before becoming mildly cool, which was not sufficient for the Arizona heat. Unfortunately, I was short on time and couldn't go back to exchange the vehicle, and I knew they didn’t have another vehicle of the same size available.
I spent the entire weekend without functioning AC. Upon returning the car, I informed the staff about the issue. They simply apologized without offering any compensation or solution, which made me feel like they didn't care about the inconvenience I experienced.
In summary, ensure that the car you rent has a working air conditioner, especially if you're renting in a hot climate.

I made a reservation Monday to pick up truck tomorrow and they called me today and said they canceled my reservation because they had no trucks. How do you do that.Than had the nerve to tell us to go to U Haul. Instead of sending us to another Budget location. They have not heard the end of this

If you have a Current credit card don’t even bother they discriminate it worked at enterprise and now I have to pay more. Guy claimed he ran it three times but he ran It not at all and I went somewhere else approved right away. GO TO ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL INSTEAD

The staff was great .. except 1 issue. I called to extend and an older guy wouldn't give me the same price for another week.. I show up to drop it off .. then I ask why they couldn't give the same price to extend and he says okay let's do it same older guy..why waste my time I had to come in and schedule someone to go out of their way to pick me up. Just extend same price over the phone! But the other ones were great. Younger Asian guy was great! Price was good!

Big shout out to Shane Holt. We rented a car in Phoenix with one of our tires having tire pressure lower than the others, not too surprise when we arrived in CA, it’s getting too low and we were worried about our safety if we keep driving. We searched for the closest budget location and came here. Mr Holt was super friendly and showed he shared the same concerns about our safety, and helped us change our vehicle smoothly! Really great guy!

The service here is amazing they make you feel like a superstar both attendants were very helpful and professional. I will be back again and again.Thanks guys for not being like the rude fools at Thrifty in Ontario Airport and restoring my faith in car rental companies.

I reserved a minivan from this location for pickup on Friday morning. On Thursday at 5 pm they notified me that they weren’t going to have a vehicle for me. They told me to try the Ontario airport location as they have more 7 passenger vehicles. I asked them to cancel my reservation and refund the money I already paid. They told me that since it was prepaid they couldn’t refund it. I spent the next hour fighting with customer service because they were fine with rebooking me to the other location but it was going to be an additional $140 to pick it up at the airport 25 miles away. I eventually got rebooked to the airport location. When I arrived to pick up the minivan they told me they didn’t have any 7 passenger vehicles available and they would give me a 5 passenger car and I could come back the next morning and maybe they would have a 7 passenger vehicle available, but no guarantee. After fighting them for a while a 7 passenger SUV appeared and I got that. There were enough seats but it was very uncomfortable for the passenger in the back row. There were also issues with the return date that they tell me I will be refunded for, but currently I have paid more for my rental to get less space and I had to drive an additional 25 miles each way to pick up and drop off the car.

Indian dude tried to intimidate me. Very rude. Filled tank of gas to full and he said it wasn't. Rude awful service. Never will be going here again.
