I celebrated my daughter's birthday a few days ago. Ms Tiff was phenomenal, she was so helpful and kind. The guest had so much fun, fast forward a few days I go and pick up my daughter's birthday bear, Ms tiff and Ms Ashley was so helpful again and made my daughter day very special.

Had a wonderful experience with Tiffany!!!! She’s an angel truly!! Went above and beyond for my little sister to have a fun experience. Initially we wanted a dinosaur sound for the Dino, but after observing my sisters enthusiasm Tiffany had a creative idea! She suggested my sister do her own Rawr sound. She was sooo patient and positive with the countless of tries for my sister to get a good rawr sound. Even when me and my mom decided to settle for a sound we weren’t happy with Tiffany didn’t let us settle! She’s great with children! Words can’t describe how happy she made me and my family. She created a core memory for my sister and for that I’m so grateful. Tiffany, you’re amazing 🦖❤️

Samatha had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced with a build a bear employee! All I asked was if the birthday bear “pay your age” was still going on and she responded “if that’s what we advertise then that’s your answer ” with so much sass and went off to who knows where and I really didn’t want to start a scene as it was my kids birthday but someone has to teach her some manners

My gets an email for $10 off the morning of 3/13/25. We go that evening with our 2 yr old daughter, build bingo from Bluey, go checkout, then find out the coupon does not work. My wife does an online chat with build a bear and they tell her it takes days to activate and said sorry. So that solved absolutely nada. It’s embarrassing to have your child with you and have the animal made already.. then get screwed. I imagine many parents went in thinking they had a coupon and end up paying full price. Its almost like a scam to get parents to go.

We went to this location today to celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday. An employee named Taylor had a less than helpful attitude during the entire experience. My toddler tried talking to her and she had to ask ME why Taylor wasn't replying back to her. Sad. Maybe she's new, maybe she's just grumpy - who knows. This isn't the place for her.

Went to this location this year for child's birthday. Staff not very friendly or helpful maybe they were understaffed either way it's in the mall I would expect it to be busy. Overall not a great experience this year.

Went here for my birthday, it was supposed to be special. my mom always took me here as a child and I wanted to do this to feel close to her on my birthday. I get that I’m an adult but the employee seemed irritated to even help, she was uninterested and didn’t do any of the fun parts of the process like the make a wish with the heart or anything. It’s two months later and the experience is still bothering me. I get having bad days but taking it out on customers and acting just completely disinterested was crappy to say the least. $50 for a bear is a steep price and most people pay that specifically for the experience, I really hope the store managers talk with their employees about their attitudes and making the experience fun for all customers not just kids. This was supposed to be special but it just reminded me that even memories that were special with my mom cannot be emulated. I won’t return to build a bear in general after this.

I loved my first experience, Gigi was a big help with my first experience and besides my age asked if I wanted to do the heart ceremony?

I honestly love the idea of kids making their own plushes. Its really cute and wholesome but the prices were very high. I would come back to get my friend a plush if the prices werent as high, and a lot of people would agree with me.

I've been to this build a bear a lot and I usually have a good time but this time was awful. My nephew has autism, so he can be very antsy sometimes and doesn't understand social cues. We came in and werent greeted at all, which could be fine. But once we found the bear he wanted we realized the display might be the last one. My nephew asked if they had anymore, they said no, and we asked if we could have the display and they said fine. The whole time we were in there we weren't acknowledged at all. Only until we paid and asked if they could put the voice box in did they talk to us. Taylor barely made eye contact, barely even spoke really. And overall it just felt like she didn't want us there at all. On the side was another coworker just texting on her phone. I did not catch her name. I was trying to make the mood fun so my nephew wouldn't catch on and we were laughing about the bear art behind them where the bears were basically building. He noticed and asked Taylor if they were going to help the bear with the paint bucket stuck on its head and she gave him the dirtiest stink eye ever. I was fuming and at that point I didn't care about being nice. Its his birthday and I just wanted him to have a good time. Maybe she was having a bad day, idk, but it's not right. Don't greet us, that's fine. But to be rude to a child? That's unexceptable.

we had a great overall experience even though there was a small line for the staff to put the filling in the bear itself. we were paired up with "bella" on the machine who was kind to our child during the bear making process. we spent a few minutes afterwards picking out clothes and accessories for the bear which wasn't as expensive as you'd expect. we hope to return in the future and get a different kind of animal or creature as it seemed like they had a lot of different options to choose from and i'm sure it can also vary by store. i would also say do not be surprised if there is a line of people waiting for the animals to get filled when you come

I'm so bummed at my experience): I took my 5 year old here for her birthday and the workers could care less about helping us . I wanted her to experience the whole "build a bear" special and the worker was so dry and barley explained anything . Really upset me because I wanted her first time to be fun and exciting how it's so post to be :/
