I went to get my camera fixed, they supposedly looked at it gave me a price. They didn’t have the part so the had to order it. At that time the asked for a deposit, for which I gave more than they had asked. When I went to get it fixed he told me oh there is dust on the camera lens you have to replace the whole camera. I asked if he could just clean the dust off he said it would only make it blurt, so I asked why he didn’t tell me that before he said he didn’t look that good cuz it had a cover. I ask why didn’t he take it off he gave some comb excuse I proceeded to tell him I was no tech. He refused to give give me refund said it was a deposit for something wasn’t going to work. Which is on him.

Had my screen replaced improperly. Had to take it back only to be charged another fee to fix what he didn't fix the first time.

I went into the shop for my first time the other day. They didn't try to up-sell me anything and I went in there expecting to spend at least about $60 to get my phone fixed. They told me to come about a half hour later and when I came back they told me it was only going to be $20. I asked them about different ways of charging my phone they didn't make any recommendations I believe because they did not want to run the risk of endorsing something that might disappoint a customer. I thought they were quite courteous and professional. I definitely recommend them.

I like it. This shop helped me to save my phone after very irresponsible another service shop. I got wet my phone in ocean water month ago, and in other repair service I was told that saving information from phone would cost 250$ (repair was impossible from the very beginning), after the whole month they told me that repair cost might be increased to 450$. I realized that the whole month they didn't do anything with my phone, though everybody knows that salt on electronics requires urgent repair. After that I found C-Tech Repair. Master did the best to help me. In 1 hour they have already called me and said that I could take my phone. He did deep cleaning and turned on my phone. And the price was just 45$. He warned me that the I cant rely on this phone because it is too damaged and can die at any moment, so save information as soon as possible. I was happy because I had many important notes and files and photos on my phone. Thanks to C-Tech I've saved it, and it was very fast and cheap.

The dog mangled my S10e. Despite being an older phone, C-Tech completed repairs quickly, skillfully, and for a fair price. They really know their business and have gained a repeat customer. I'm glad C-tech is local, and highly recommend their excellent service! The phone looks and works like new again. Please see photo of cute, well-behaved (only while sleeping) perp-puppy.
