I had an excellent experience working with Edgar, my service advisor at Caliber . From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress free. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Edgar’s customer service was outstanding, and he truly made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I really appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and the genuine care he showed throughout the process.
If you need repairs done, I highly recommend asking for Edgar he will make sure you’re in good hands!

Absolute classic operation! Had my Lexus repaired , and the work was excellent!
From the time my insurance rep was in contact with Caliber, the process began. Service appointment covered estimated costs and timeline. Business offers a clean comfortable reception area and an Enterprise rental office on the property.
Staff were amazing…polite, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Repair work was excellent! Could not have been better from my vehicle ownership standpoint .

Ozzy was extremely professional and thorough with the service. He went into great detail on what would be done with my vehicle and ensured me that the part that required fixing would look brand new; and I was not disappointed with the result. He was a great rep. The repair team also made the bumper look brand new. This is my second time visiting this location and I was not disappointed both times.
