I recently had my rear bumper replaced and trunk worked on at this location. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
First, the new bumper did not match the color of the rest of the car. Second, the trunk area was left dirty, even though I picked up the car over an hour after being told it was ready — plenty of time to clean it. When I brought up these issues to the service writer, Carlos, he simply said he would let the team know, but didn’t take any real steps to resolve the problem.
The next day, I noticed that the floor mats were missing. I called Carlos again, and he confirmed that they had them and I could come pick them up — no apology or explanation, just a casual “you can come get them.”
This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the whole experience frustrating. I expected more from a professional repair shop.
