HCD staff was helpful, never rude. Public parking is right there with some nice shopping options near by.

Went to process a change in Mobile Home title, 4th floor.. The room #400, was full, but my 30 minute wait for service was surprisingly shorter than I expected. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
