Thao was so kind and helpful! I came in on the verge of tears because my phone had just suddenly stopped working, wouldn’t turn on at all. I couldn’t get into my work system because of a multi-factor authentication process that’s tied to my phone, I was so worried. She helped me out and got my phone fixed in minutes. She’s very kind and friendly and you can really tell that she cares about her customers. I will refer everyone I know to this shop!

Great service, would highly recommend for any phone repairs or anything of that sort, support your local business and give back to your community! its right next to the staters bros on the left, give them a call im sure they can help , also has a commercial mailbox address for businesses etc.

Good customer service and very helpful with fixing a cracked broken iPhone. Employee Nguyen did a great job fixing my sons phone and reattached the screen. Just a a heads up they don't take credit so bring cash or Venmo or Zelle.

Very fast and convenient access point for UPS drop off or help you. Here I learn how to use free service from UPS and I can go to find my prefer location to drop off whenever I miss my package so actually it's very safe and convenience for me you pie PS never stop and wait for me at my home they just leave me really quick so I'm glad there is this location to service for my packages

I always come to this place for service. Picking up my missed deliveries and dropping off some. Also come here for cellphone fix. Fast, friendly service. No complaints. Thao is very personable. Great customer service. Will continue to use this business.

I've taken many phones here. All have been great experiences. Thoa is really helpful. She knows what she's doing and doesn't try to up charge for unnecessary things. She's direct when it comes to pricing and will opt for the cheaper option when it comes to what is needed to be repaired. Overall really great

YESS !! this place is a hidden gem. I called to check & see if my sprint phone could work with at&t network & little did I know my phone would be fixed and ready for action within 24 hours. Thao is the best !! I would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of any type of phone fix'n :)
