ChaChaCha Motorsports is a small, independent motorcycle shop known for its honest and reliable service. Customers appreciate the friendly and welcoming attitude of Terry and his team, who genuinely want to help with their bike needs. The shop offers reasonable prices and provides quality work, especially for services like tire replacements, bike lowering, and repairs. Many customers have trusted Terry with their bikes for over 10 years, highlighting his quick and effective work, such as fixing issues promptly and addressing problems with their motorcycles.
Although the shop is not large, its staff take the time to communicate clearly and ensure customers feel comfortable and informed. For example, Terry was helpful in providing pointers for new riders and offered a tour of the shop to show the services available. Customers especially value their honest approach, with Terry focusing on getting the right parts and services for each bike without unnecessary upselling.
Some mention that, while Terry is highly skilled and does quality work, he can be a bit nickel-and-diming, charging for small items like screws. Despite this, the overall experience is very positive, and many customers plan to return for future work. Whether it's routine maintenance, repairs, or modifications like lowering a bike, ChaChaCha Motorsports is highly recommended for those seeking trustworthy and friendly motorcycle service.
