Went to get a cashiers check, two weeks later I decided not to use the check I used half from my savings and have from my business They wanted me depot all of the cashiers to my business when it all didn't come from my business account half came from my personal savings Toward the end I wanted to make a payment for the business credit card and they told I was not even authorized when I'm one of the owners lol What a way to waist my time

Can this Chase please invest in proper equipment!! I'm a resident of the area and literally every time I come and try to use the drive through ATM it is ALWAYS out of order!!! The purpose is convenience and it's not convenient having to drive through to find out it's broken then having to park and get off. It's extremely annoying!

Went in today to open Chase account and there was no acknowledgement from the representative who is front face of Chase. I stood there for 10 minutes and walked out. VERY BAD customer service, I saw two representatives sitting there, too bad they lost potential customer who was going to open account. I highly recommend re-training all of them on customer service. If Chase continues to have these types of employee behavior they will slowly lose customers to other banks.

Went in to open a business account. Put my name on the list. Manager said only two of the bankers could open a business account and both were busy. Waited 39 minutes while they took two men who came in after me first. I'll take my money elsewhere

The customer service at Chase is not great. We've been going to the branch more than 20 years even before it was chase. I have several businesses with them but when I brought in a soiled mangled bill with a small rip, they were too lazy to exchange the money. Instead they advised me to send the money to the federal reserve myself. I'm sure the bank deals with money and is bound to run in with damaged money all the time. I've done business with other banks and always turned in damage money with no issues. First time here with such unsatisfactory customer service. We're done with chase.

Only one counter opened about 10 people standing in line, I don't know why chase bank is acting like Walmart where just one counter is opened
